Gasman - yes your 769,000 will be counted on each resolution the way you vote. So say on resolution 1 you voted yes and somebody with 200,000 shares voted no a tally is kept of the number of votes cast for yes and no and when all the votes that have been cast are counted the winner on that resolution will be the higher total. That will happen for each resolution.

Green Hornet - I'm with Halifax too. Spent 2 hours in webchat and on phone last week. Apparently if your account is not already "flagged" to receive corporate action notifications you won't be informed. My account wasn't flagged but is now (although I received 3 corporate actions back in 2022) which they can't explain. So you will have to ring up to vote. They do have the resolutions as they read them out to me. Hope this helps.

Growmorecash - So let me put this scenario to you. Lunn gets approval to issue new shares. He then issues 2bn shares at 3p to his mates. Puts a proposal forward to get the Petroquest loan paid off immediately and his mates ensure he gets his $4m back or the company folds and he picks it up on the cheap. Nothing to stop him doing this if you vote yes

I think some of you on here have become so obsessed with the TG v LSE merry-go-round that you've lost all ability to look at the facts and come to a rational decision. I appreciate that people will have different views but to give a company carte blanche to issue as many shares as they like without knowing the facts is lunacy.

Ask Lunn he's the chairman. Maybe we could put it down as a resolution at the AGM. Oh I forgot he won't accept anybody else's resolutions but his own.

Which leads you to believe that there is something the auditors don't like which is holding up sign off. Wonder if it has anything to do with £40,000 going out of PPP's bank account to obtain its own bank statements?

Zag - for once I agree with you. In fact it's certainly against Companies House regulations. So if they're not tabled there will have to be a further meeting. Unless of course Lunn is happy for the shares to be delisted.
