Matt - you're wrong. Tom owns 450k shares and his wife 3.1m which on tvr of 106m gives 3.25% . Tom did loan the company 4.5m shares to part fund a placing but legally he no longer owns those shares so there would have to be a new issue to cover this element.

Rob - you are a complete fraud. Here's the full section from the Companies Act:Note dii

(4)A request—

(a)may be in hard copy form or in electronic form,

(b)must identify the resolution of which notice is to be given,

(c)must be authenticated by the person or persons making it, and

(d)must be received by the company not later than—

(i)6 weeks before the annual general meeting to which the requests relate, or

(ii)if later, the time at which notice is given of that meeting.

So how could 6 weeks notice be given when the company only gave 4 weeks notice of the AGM. So on your logic the company's resolutions are also void.

Rob - rubbish as usual from you. Provide evidence that 6 weeks notice has to be given.
