As regards an email some brokers inform shareholders on corporate actions others don't. I'm with Halifax and they don’t bother now (although they used to send them out) but zi voted over the phone

Dartmoormal - don't think an actual agenda has been issued but the 5 resolutions on which we are voting have been posted on here before and you should be able to just ring your broker up and cast your vote. Barclays should also have the resolutions
