Kong - the RNS you refer to in your first paragraph was issued on 22 July. So the "month's end" referred to is July and the RNS issued on 1 August stated that the deal had been completed so we have been informed and you are wrong.

Rob - you are talking rubbish. Last year the RNS stating the accounts had been published was on 20 October 2023 and trading resumed in the shares on 3 November 2023. The accounts did not appear on the Companies House record until 29 November 2023. So the first we will hear about this year's results is likely via RNS not from Companies House.

That's irrelevant. The year before it was suspended on 1 July for the same reason and relisted on 14 July so I'm not sure what point you're trying to make. It will relist when it relists. All we know is that there has been and likely to be some transformational news when it does.

I don't think the news we get on relisting will be the end of the newsflow more just the beginning. You fail to see that there is a strategy being played out here imo. Look at the the newsflow we got with the suspension and tell me that wasn't orchestrated - the placing and the formal announcement of the completion of the deal with Globalvision

Tiger - my view is that it won't be the publication of the accounts that will determine when we re-list. They will be issued alongside several updates on progress on both the oil wells and lithium JV which will catapult the share price well in advance of the suspension price.
