Greatland Gold PLC has completed the acquisition of the Havieron and Telfer projects in Pilbara, Western Australia, three months after agreeing the US$475 million deal with US giant Newmont.

Ownership transferred to Greatland with effect from 8:00 am Wednesday 4 December 2024.

Thanks Bamps! Indeed, looking forward to all of the pending results, but, outside of Telfer, especially Scally 'London', since something positive there would be transformational, and they seem to be zeroing in there with the latest diamond drilling, which they also did in 2020.

SYDNEY - Firetrail Investments Pty Ltd, an investment firm based in Sydney, Australia, has increased its holdings in Greatland Gold PLC, crossing a significant shareholding threshold. On Monday, the company acquired additional voting rights, which resulted in their total voting rights reaching 7.1119% of Greatland Gold's shares, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange (LON:LSEG).

The notification, dated November 28, 2024, indicated that Firetrail's position changed on November 26, 2024, when the threshold was crossed. The total number of voting rights now held by Firetrail in Greatland Gold amounts to 740,362,721 shares.

Greatland Gold PLC, listed under the ticker symbol GB00B15XDH89, is a mining and exploration company. The increase in Firetrail Investments' stake in the company is a notable change in the ownership structure that could be of interest to investors and market watchers....

Again, I agree Spades! It's all down to how you play this one. I have no doubt that they'll need another general raise pretty soon, and any drilling at Juno will also require the same. Dare I say it again, but it's all down to the usual required research, plus knowing how AIM is manipulated too, which a lot of investors just don't understand. Just my opinion!

Again, now it's been brought up, I have no issue, whatsoever, in stating that I 100% agree with the earlier posts about GBP. You're no doubt correct. However, there are many GGP shareholders that invested early in GBP, as stated by another regular poster on here, immediately after the Callum Baxter connection, which came after the last raise, who've seen around a 300-500% profit. That's the AIM market. However, I repeat, I agree on the fundamentals, but that doesn't preclude anyone from taking a large profit, or, top slicing for a free ride. DYOR & GLA
