Gas Reserves11 May 2018 09:30
Are enormous here and have been booked only on a small portion of two of ten claims all 100% owned.
40.8bcf 2P / 426bcf 3P and 3.3TCF 3C.
Looking at any other O&G explorer the reserves would be valued at a significant premium to what TLOU are, most aren’t even close to production or even have any infrastructure in place to extract.
Tlou are currently at development stage with production license in place and an infrastructure close to the resource to ease commercialisation via a gas to power solution.
The current MCAP is not even close to the value of the gas reserves in the ground which also have a premium valuation to be applied being that they are the only CBM gas reserves in an entire region let alone country.
Valuation on existing gas reserves is nothing, some O&G ventures across aim don’t even have reserves in place yet are valued at multiples, SOU being one.
