As suspected, GW hasn’t delivered a thing and now the company will be delisted. No surprise.

Would be hopeful for this to come next week, perhaps even Monday. Very excited about this company, sitting pretty from the 8p days when nobody was posting here. Good to see word spreading and interest building. Against T&T peers there is an obvious differential in price. With Brent testing $73 and expected to push on to $80 TXP should see some major uplift as the drilling program continues to proceed in earnest.

JTD agree, patience will likely be rewarded strongly. One point to add, Botswana is but one of many customers. There are no restrictions on supplying via the grid into the SAPP as well as other opportunities away from government within Bots itself. Botswana as a member must facilitate to demand. That said the noises being made in government from the meetings the board have held indicate they want this within their own energy mix. Governments in general are slow.

Good evening Olda, not sure where I said I was frustrated? I am more than happy to let this one play out. Given that I have been here for a couple of years, a few more was always the goal anyway and no issue whatsoever with the performance of the company and it’s board. A delay doesn’t make a difference in the scheme of things. The RFP remains as do all other opportunities and the confirmation of reserves by the recent 944% increase was more than I expected.

Need HUM to drop the RNS declaring as such. Gold is now on a bull run $1350

JTD good morning. Good point on the below, I guess that question would need to be directed at the ministry since we can only assume the PPADB notified them promptly on the outcome - or did they? Following announcement of the RNS the ministry were engaged within days for a follow up, you could also then ask were the ministry to be de-briefed by the panel prior to relaying the information to the parties. Nobody could answer that but the ministry themselves. As for timings, the recent interview following TGs engagements with Botswanan government and stakeholders implied that the retender would likely be weeks away. The new appointments of Masisi, VP and ministerial positions have only been completed in the last week. They will be the ones to bring forward the key projects and those outstanding from Khama of which CBM was touted as being one of those key areas. If you factor the above, it has only been a week since the new term began. Expedited process will likely be in reference to the RFP itself once it has been re-requested as opposed to its initial turn around. All other avenues were being explored as per the statements made in relation to the report undertaken across the wider region.

Should see production approaching, if not surpassing 1800bopd at that point. All moving well, thankful of the expedited campaign. Crack through into clear profitability and hopefully see a further campaign later in the year. 2019 should be self funding expansion with profits imho.
