I see no reason why a further development plan of additional wells on top of the 7 still to come online before year end. Tlou is a CBM producer, coupling with renewables opens up a hybrid play to appeal to a wider audience - logical. There will be spare capacity on existing lines as per design so why not utilise it on peak demand and further reduce emissions with instant availablility. Story is the same raise was poorly done but the beuracracy of government has been the issue here.

The solar aspect gives the company the renewable credentials however on top of that it opens up additional options for funding. Also provides a fast track route of adding additional supply albeit peaking whilst further wells are being drilled and brought online. Few pros and quick wins to the option.

How am I not here? I’ve posted to your response, the placing was badly handled to say the least there is no denying that point. The company will move forward with development wells and the relevant approvals whilst seeking a PPA. The gas reserves are the same and the fundamentals remain the same however I would like an answer around the decision on timing of raise, that part needs clarity. Given I don’t agree with the raise that takes nothing away from me, if you have an issue speak to the company as I’ve said repeatedly instead of blaming others.

JTD clarification from the board is needed as I do believe the raise could have been done better. That said it does allow the company to progress and the fundamentals are the same. It will be interesting to hear an update from the company around their thought pattern for this raise. Not quite sure it’s their demise as you make it but then what else would I expect from you?
