Agree hereandnow, the confirmation of APEC deal have to fully value in the existing OIP. At circa $0.3c per barrel valuation I think we know where this will be heading.

With the big news items at Ortoire to come along with the remainder of the fully funded 2018 well program and a touted 20 well campaign for 2019 there really isn’t any hurry to exit at present. Couple that with a strong PoO and it’s a recipe for success being led by proven CEO Paul Baay.

My take would be 28p if the wells deliver as expected and we get an upgrade to around 2000bopd with 3-5wells still to be calculated and factored in.

Realistically this should move into the 20p range as we approach news. Plenty of sticky holders now especially with Ortoire being planned in so soon, it makes sense to buy and hold really. With that in mind the free float will be reducing, it will be interesting to see if North Energy continue to build on market as they have done previously.

JTD the company release news when they can, they always have been conservative with what they release in comparison to other listings however I feel TG is old school and more interested in letting progress do the talking as opposed to ramping any or every piece of news. I also believe the listing on ASX will be fairly restrictive in what can be issued in RNS as their rules are more stringent. That said, I am sure we would all like more news and the company do this via other channels such as proactive and/or Vox. I hold other companies who’s news flow is even less however, the right news when released does the trick. Given the present debacle I think investors feel the need to be updated at every point however they can only update holders when they have news to do so.

It may be either way, at £8m valuation there is little to nothing planned in. The conclusion of a funded multi well campaign via a farmout will rerate this.

JTD the rig purchased is for vertical coring, they will be contracting in one for production pods with the expectancy to finance a suitable well for increased development at the time development funding is secured. That was the proposed plan, the existing drill however will be excellent for ground proofing and significantly assisting in reserve growth.
