Not even a Proactive or JW interview to publicise/celebrate the major achievement of FDA approval is very poor imo.

I don’t doubt there is a lot going on behind the scenes but we urgently need an update.

I finally got a reply from IR, which is, I’m guessing, the standard response we will all get to enquiries about the lack of an update/publicity etc post FDA approval.

I’m beginning to think along the same lines Rocket79. It would explain what is otherwise an inexplicable communication silence. Either a fund raise, partnership or takeover. If they are in the process of a fund raise then surely they would have tried to bolster the SP beforehand with a major publicity drive?

An excellent presentation Al180, but as you point out, it is over a year old. In fact it was twenty one months ago. We were in an understandable news limbo during the FDA period, but that is over now and we are overdue an update.

Well I wouldn’t have phrased it like Burlylad did, but the sentiment is the same - come on Richard give us some sort of update. Three years of being invested and I would have least expected a bit of PR celebrating their milestone FDA approval. It’s bizarre and the SP is very disappointing.

I wasn’t expecting instant orders, imo that would be unrealistic. But I would have expected some form of update. It’s been a long time since we have had a meaningful one.

”FDA approval represents achievement of a major milestone for Polarean's technology.” (RH in the RNS) It must be the most significant value inflection point in the company’s history, 2-3 in years in the making.

I still don’t get why the company hasn’t gained maximum publicity for this transformational achievement.

It has been disappointing to see the SP lose its gains so quickly to the extent it is below FDA approval.

I don’t doubt RH and the board are working flat out.

But the point is, that with the exception of the FDA approval RNS, POLX have done nothing to publicise or promote what is a major milestone and achievement. In the absence of any form of news the SP has been in a steady decline.

I don’t see a fund raise, if there is to be one, necessarily as a negative and I subscribed to the one in March 2021. But I do see an SP at under 50p, in this current communication limbo, as a big negative. It feels as though the initiative has been lost in bolstering support for the SP and the momentum has been lost.

It is the first time in three year of being invested in POLX that I have criticised the board and I stand by my comments. Unless of course, just reading twib’s post, there is a “sale incoming”.

I am beginning to think the same myself. We had the same SP drop prior to AGL’s fund raise last year as the price was “walked” down. Purely conjecture on my part.

I very much doubt that Paul Jourdan at Amati has not had some form of update or communication with the company.

Fair counter point Wetdream. Polarean’s co founder and Chief Technology Officer, Bastiaan Driehuys, is one of the POLX’s top five shareholders and also has considerable “reasons for getting this right”.

I still think, though, that POLX should have capitalised better and generated maximum publicity (especially in this market) on what is, after all, a major achievement and milestone.

And I stand by my earlier comments. Gaining FDA approval is a huge achievement, milestone and inflection point. Yet we haven’t had a single interview and almost zero press coverage. It doesn’t make sense to me. As a LTH I am disappointed by the lack of the company’s reaction to what is a transformational moment in their history.

We are in news limbo at the moment and the SP is suffering for it.

I’m not after a “running vacuous commentary” but I do think the company has missed a golden opportunity to publicise what is probably the biggest event to date in their history. They have gone from being limited to only selling for research purposes to being able to market Xenoview to all medical centres and hospitals.

That is my thoughts too JohnHenry. Even if they are planning a fund raise they could have at least engaged in some promotional interviews publicising the major achievement of FDA approval. It feels like an important opportunity lost.

I think the news vacuum after FDA approval has been a mistake and the SP has correspondingly suffered. It’s a shame, I have been invested a long time now.

AGL has a dual strategy regarding the labs.

The first one is the pharma services business which doesn't need the accreditation “it simply needs the clinical labs that are already up and running.” AGL already have four pharma customers, two of them have given us a repeat order. The samples are shipped to AGL’s clinical laboratories in the UK and United States for analysis using the Parsortix system.

The second part of the lab strategy involves the lab accreditation so that AGL can offer “tests for treating patients so called LDTs, the Laboratory Developed Test.” As we know the LDT’s are dependent on AGL gaining full accreditation - “the first test that we're going to offer for patient management has to be submitted and approved by the regulatory agency.” The first molecular test is going to be the ovarian test. As Phantom says in his post, this won’t restrict us to just Ovarian.

I totally agree that partnerships are the sort of top trump card, but I don’t think we should underestimate the labs and the pharma services. They will potentially bring in near term revenue and as AN has said -

“We really only need a handful of customers in order to make a very significant impact. So that's been a very exciting business development for us and is where we believe that we will get large scale revenues. We are setting out to have the capacity of our two labs capable of running 50,000 samples per year. We can build out from that very easily if we want to but that's that's what we started off with…….” (June AGM)
