I think that has been disproved now?
Another great find! Thanks, G!
It confused me as well. I was gearing up for a long weekend!
Ponk, It was changed this year. Monday is normal. Friday the 8th is a bank hol.
The RNS only states "Primerdesign has sold, received orders for or has been contracted to deliver over £90 million", so we haven't actually been given a total revenue figure. To me, that indicates how many the company itself has sold, not what any OEM agreement has sold / earned.
A US healthcare group is very (and I suspect deliberately) ambiguous. TF supplies the healthcare sector so it could be classed as a healthcare group?
Yes, those numbers are excluding the OEM sales I believe.
I for one am desperate to know who the OEM agreement is with and how many have been sold. It's heavily speculated that it's TF, which would blow our numbers completely out of the water imo!
An OEM agreement can cover quite a broad range of scenarios. Ultimately, an OEM is selling someone else's product under their own name / branding. This could range from the product being supplied to the OEM to then rebrand, to the OEM producing it entirely.
We know from a previous RNS that the OEM here is producing the product as well. You would imagine that if it were a company the scale of TF, there could be NDAs and all sorts of other agreements in place.
The company is not obliged to tell us who the OEM is, and likewise, the OEM is not obliged to say who they bought the product from.
If Novas hands are tied, I would hope that they would at least give us a vague update like "we've earned £X amount from our OEM agreement. But again, they are not obliged to give out that info either outside of their (half) yearly results.
It would certainly be in the BODs interest to release info that would raise the SP though, as they (and I'm sure all their friends and family) own a large number of shares.
Kind of defeats the point of an NDA if they then tell the world who the OEM is...

Be kind. I think he deserves moron of the week!
I know the annual results are reporting on pre coronoavirus, but what do you think the chances are that they'll use that opportunity to give an update on the US OEM?
Can i ask you an honest question, Gizmo?
Is English your second language? Or did you not pay attention in shool?
I don't think they will / should. Reinvest the windfall back in to the company to grow, is the most sensible approach IMO.
I do think that this has risen too fast as well. A drop was inevitable, at least for the short term.
Hold tight and keep faith. I was down about 60% in Nova in Feb but kept the faith and it paid out in the end.
I was in GDR few weeks ago and sold out with an 80% gain. How foolish i was!
I'm considering jumping back in. I'm keeping an eye on it and if it drops below £1 again I'll probably buy back in and ride the roller coaster to the top (hopefully!). That said, I am certainly not trying to de-ramp, so if i don't get back in, then good luck everyone!
It's not the UK. France have announced lockdown is being relaxed on the 11th May (I think), Germany & Italy are relaxing now.
I think Germany are beginning to regret easing the lockdown too soon though.
I think people are also seeing lock downs being relaxed and are under the impression that testing will no longer be needed. All of the testing shares seem to be taking a hammering this morning.
I personally can only imagine that testing will need to be increased to relax lock down measures.
The kits also say they are on backorder until June. So we clearly have a full order book for May.
That's my basic understanding, Bramley.
The buys are still stacked up massively. Something is going to have to give soon?
That order book is nuts and no change is price? Crazy
