RE: Current orders more than underpin SP28 Apr 2020 15:59
The question is, what is a realistic P/E? - That's a serious question if anyone has any suggestions?
An average P/E for a pharma is around 23 or so, isn't it? But a P/E that high can only be justified if the earnings are going to run long term.
Let's be real, no matter what your position is, this current climate will end at some point and testing will no longer be relevant. I'm hoping for a P/E of 7 (based on previous sales data / guessing and SP at the time). But that number is on the verge of being plucked out of the sky.
