To me, it really feels like they are withholding updates in order to release them closer to their vesting date.
There has been a precedent set by releasing monthly updates, but nothing this month. The previous update was combined with the half yearly update (which is understandable) but only included sales, whereas the previous couple of updates included sales and orders.
How many times have we been teased with a US update?
Either they are holding back for their own gain / ulterior motive, or the orders just aren't there. I believe the former, but it's frustrating to be receiving less and less information with each update.
VanV, what led you to believe a RNS was due on Monday? If you have some news, could you force their hand by 'leaking' it?
ShaunP, their bonus scheme is called 'Phantom Awards' and can be found here -

From that, as EXMEX says, I take that as the vesting date of 17th Oct which is based upon the SP 30 days prior. GM has 1,129,930 shares in his plan and I'm sure will want to maximise the SP in Sept!
Incredible! Thanks blade (Almost abbreviated to bs, but that may have need misinterpreted!).
I hadn't realised CCK had already posted the link. Sorry!
https://news.sky.com/story/coronavirus-care-home-residents-and-staff-face-five-week-delay-for-covid-19-test-12039188
"We have been notified by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) that due to an issue with a particular test from one supplier, we will no longer have access to weekly testing for colleagues or monthly testing for residents", says the care boss in a letter to residents.
Airian also have 0.31% declared. So that pushes the total up to around 600k shares short in total.
Does anyone know if the short closure has to be declared right away, or can they delay?
Chas, there are about 71M shares in issue
Wow. Are people only allowed to be invested in one company at a time?
Thanks woodaldo. Either I was being blind or my web page was cached (probably the former!)
Where has there been another antibody announced?
Nothing new on bidstats.
It appears you're right woodaldo! Their first gen test also tested 2 genes, so that rules that out.
Bruker announce a 2 gene test on the same day as Novacyt do. Too much of a coincidence to dismiss it that quickly, woodaldo?
0.1% running to the 17th Sept by the look of it -
https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/short-selling/notification-and-disclosure-net-short-positions
12 June update: The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has renewed its decision(link is external) temporarily to require holders of net short positions to report at 0.1% threshold of the issued share capital of an issuer. The renewed measure will apply for another 3 months from 17 June 2020. Please continue reporting to us at this threshold.
Voleon have a short declared at 0.53% equalling ~362k shares, and Airain at 0.31% equalling ~220k shares.
Bets on who will close first?
France for me as well. We are usually trailing them throughout the day.
Clearly CaptainStanley. Would suggest everyone reports.
My thought exactly, oldblue. You wouldn't give someone the lottery result after they've stolen your ticket!
I bought in on the week before 'that' RNS. I decided to cut my losses at about 35% down.
I think that the SP will float around this level until the dispute is resolved, which I can't imagine will be soon. I usually kick myself for overreacting too quickly though!
