When the old interface to the website was running we could get the "live" installed fleet numbers, but they never matched what was officially announced - why the difference? And why did the interface get changed?

All I can think is that the PR house has been bought in to raise the profile of SEE in a very narrow target audience. But it isn't the audience that we move among. So rather than the general punter on the street, they are looking at either the companies that we are already working with or hoping too, plus potential suitors. Have a look at Rudy's company and how he advises companies to get taken over at the correct price.

I will paraphrase - identify the target, get introductions, get your name visible, start working with them, potentially as a supplier, get closer...

The lead was Levandowski. But due to the ongoing court case about stealing techbology from Google and taking it to Uber, he has just now left pronto too.

Lots of fancy claims such as driving coast to coast autonomously. So driver monitoring isn't their highest priority. And if they do it or will be using their own ai self taught system with all the usual failings

In a few hours maybe our PR company will start work after the Labor Day holiday. Perhaps they should work with the company, perhaps plan some publicity that is ready to roll out when events happen like an RMS. Perhaps they could really get beind the crew trainung system launch.

I don't know much about how the aircraft industry works but obviously there is the big two: Boeing and Airbus plus a snall tail of smaller manufacturers. Then there will be the teir one suppliers. Again like in automotive The tier ones build the major components for assembly so perhaps we can sign up with a major tier one and then be used in both Boeing and Airbus

Europe is encouraging car manufacturers to include more safety features such as driver monitoring systems (DMS), automatic emergency braking, and lane-keeping assistance. One of our existing German OEM customers has chosen Seeing Machines to help it target NCAP requirements with an extended program award, with potential revenue value of up to A$30 million.

Fleet ramps up installation rate and meets FY19 target
The Fleet business now has over 16,000 connections globally and has now generated almost 2.8 billion kilometres of naturalistic driving data. This number is accelerating each month as distributor agreements are now focused on commercial outcomes with key targets tying hardware rates to these achievements. Seeing Machines now has ten distributors globally and key channel partners, including MiX Telematics and NTI, to build momentum and ensure we connect more units each month.

Welcome to the first edition of SEE inside!

Welcome to the first edition of our investor newsletter. This is a forum for us to provide you with a quarterly update on what’s happening inside the company and refresh some highlights that you may have already seen via RNS. Key dates and marketing events will be included to ensure you know when there’s something on in your part of the world.

We’ve recently seen some significant changes to the executive at SEE. Paul McGlone is confirmed as CEO and the board is settled with Kate Hill announced as Chair. Mike Lenné has been appointed SVP Fleet and Human Factors, Susan Dalliston is General Counsel and Company Secretary and the search for a new CFO is almost complete.

While FY2019 was largely a year to get Fleet in order and poised to accelerate installations globally, and reset the business strategy more broadly, we have seen some great progress across the business:

The first deal for Guardian BdMS was done with a leading self-driving car company in North America;
Our Aviation team continue to collaborate with some of the world’s biggest brands and have launched the Crew Training System to simulator manufacturers, airlines and aircraft OEMs, marking our first commercial deals in this space; and
Automotive remains focused on managing ongoing business bids with some of the world’s largest carmakers and are working closely with Euro NCAP to help shape protocols as they get set to mandate DMS.
Seeing Machines has world-class IP and Paul is convinced that we can do more to maximise its value. As the year progresses, this will remain a key focus for the executive team, with close board support, to ensure the past 20 years of R&D and technology innovation brings value back to the company and to our shareholders.



This newsletter gives us an opportunity to manage expectations with our shareholders and help convey some of the intricacies involved with the customers and markets in which we deal. Big commercial deals, whether in Automotive, Aviation or discussing ongoing collaborations take time and are being done with some of the world’s largest organisations.
