Role Description

The Opportunity
As Customer Service Manager, you will lead the pre-sales support process for a close-knit, globally dispersed, Automotive Sales & Marketing team.
Working closely with internal teams (e.g. Engineering, Procurement, Legal and Finance), you will establish a common understanding of sales forecasts, purchase orders and supply chain management - ensuring successful delivery to the customers around the world. You will also be resonsible for customer invoicing as well as regular reporting and communications.
You will have demonstrated customer service experience in a pre-sales support environment - ideally within a global or technology based business.
