Interesting logic, Wolf. My investments are based on minimising, not exposing myself to, undue risk. Would I invest if the CoS was 15-20%? Nope. But if the CoS is 85% and, as others have noted, success enhances ADV’s MCap tenfold plus, then low risk, high reward makes this a sensible investment.

Best agree to disagree, H. For me, the slip from 30p took a while (6-8 months?) so the rise to 35p isn’t “nonsense” and the bull flag a valid chart movement.

Looks like a bull flag forming - ie consolidating after a steep rise, with a slight falling sp, and suggests this will be followed by an equally significant push north equal in strength to the 14-35p surge. 55p perhaps as next consolidation plateau?
Now I wonder what might be the catalyst for the next move north? ; )

PS That’s “bull flag’ not the bull ***t spewing from the keyboard doom and gloom warriors
This morn’s RNS a good read and contains much to digest. As for so many, it is a timely reminder of why I have had to dig in (Ho Ho). Through the shenanigans. The last few weeks have given me flashbacks to the arid times bobbing around at .4-.5 pence and that torrid time when we dipped down to less close to a third of a penny! Other such trying times have come on gone and here we are on the cusp of a tsunami of news and (dirty word though it it might be in these difficult times) wealth. Not sure why, given how fortunate we are to be holders, there’s been the discord. We’re hanging on the shirt tails of a great business. Enjoy the ride!

Worth looking at Tullow to get perspective on managing debt and potential income over the coming year:
….expects a full-year operating cashflow of $600 million, steady from last year, if the oil price averages $60 a barrel for the rest of the year, it said on Wednesday.
If oil prices, currently at around $76 a barrel, average $70 for the remainder of the year, operating cashflow would go up by $50 million, it added.
Tullow, which refinanced it’s $2.3 billion debt pile this year to extend maturities, expects to invest $250 million, mainly on drilling in Ghana, and financing costs of $290 million.

Ah, those were the days, Mac! TDT also banged on about the difference between the weight measures used (ozs) in describing the resource at MT, and crowed about any slight retrace in the price of palladium. All his pompous pronouncements laced with arrogance and disdain as he called us holders “idiots” - that worked out well for him: .45p to 40p+…. Hope he’s still following this board. Hi, TDT ; p

With respect, it is mystifying me why some folk are telling TMS to shut up/go away etc etc when their doing so is simply making them dance like puppets to TMS’s tune, and clogging up the board which is exactly what he wants.
Simply stick him in a green box - that is the way to silence him!

Just done a dummy sell of 150,000 shares - offered 27.455p immediately so looks like MMS want shares...

Good to see so many ‘experts’ buzzing around trying to sow doubt. Bodes well. Must be (more) profit in the offing, after all, otherwise why would such intelligent traders as Billions et al bother sharing their experience and knowledge here and over a b/h weekend, too? Or are they simply charitable souls seeking to save us mugs from ourselves?
The problem for them is they can not escape the simple question, no matter how much they bluster: If no value in EUA and all is doom and gloom with the FSP, why bother posting? Think I’ll just pop them in the bin.
Any new to EUA and thinking of investing, read the RNSs, do your own research - I’m sure you’ll make the right decision once you have.
Well, tea’s brewed so time for some sunshine. Hope all holders have a great weekend and the bot flies earn their pennies p***ing in the wind/down their trousers.

Sorry, but had to disrupt that other thread. Folk are playing into derampers’ hands. They want you to think about success in very short term sp timeframes rather than focus on the investment case. Classic deflection as they know ‘investment’ is the key word that will generate substantial profit; it implies research, facts, time and patience - something I’m pretty certain IIs have done!!
I’ve been in EUA for only three years and have made a lot of profit and I am confident I’m going to make a lot more.
Tomorrow’s sp is an irrelevance - a red herring among the kippers?
If you’re a trader, good for you; for me, investing works, and the investment case for EUA just keeps getting more and more persuasive. But then I’ve always been a ramping dreamer!

Yes, interesting that BlackRock now has all its interest in EUA in shares, no CFDs, no short positions. CFDs give zero voting rights nor would they be of use if a share swap, divi, or the like was part of the deal. Tick tock indeed.

Well, well. Wasn’t expecting that! For a paltry $.5m down payment, EUA’s BOD has now added 100M+ ozs of platinum = to the resource that bidders will be able to buy ... at the right price, of course! CS makes very clear that the “strategic options” process continues but they have now made both a sale incredibly lucrative and going it alone even more attractive. Choices, choices, choices. Short, medium or long term, shareholders are going to profit. Have a great, and safe, weekend.

Poor analogy but what the hell, I’m bored, and as we have a nautical theme:
those who plot using charts will have noted that some unusual sp movements actually follow the three wave pattern and the recent three waves have, thankfully been in an upward direction with higher highs and higher lows, the end of day closing price/UT sometimes bringing the sp in line with the chart eg the jump up a few days’ back and the jump down, today. Today’s closing sp puts us right on the rising support line.
Using this ‘logic’, there should now be another push up above the last high ie another three waves with higher highs and lows, given the direction of travel. Of course, plotting by the charts doesn’t guarantee anything but as I said, bored, and irrespective of whether tea leaves, charts, or my gut, facts don’t lie and they haven’t changed so I’m still convinced the world is round and we’ll get to the New World and all that plunder eventually no matter what the short term sp movements.

Good to see productive debate on the board again. Reasons to be cheerful have been set out again and again over many years - now we’re nearing payday for the BoD and long suffering investors.
Ian, would you put me down for a rather wonderful Thursday RNS, please? Hope I’m wrong and it’s tomorrow ; )

Hi. FWIW, I still say “Follow the money”. IIs still buying eg Blackrock and Veles. Significant buying by many IIs at 29p+.
I can understand anxieties, I also understood them when EUA was .5p and went back to .39p, when we were a couple of pence, when we went up to 8p, when we went into suspension (oh, goodness how I remember the anxieties expressed then!), when we emerged from suspension, the frustration and anxiety when we were bobbing about at 18p, the anxieties from some when we went to 28p and then again and again when up to 40p and most recently when down to 18p.
Of course, in amongst the genuine concerns from those holding, there have been the entertaining commentaries from those altruistic spectators who have felt a moral duty to save holders from ourselves or should I say, in my case, deny me hundreds of thousands of pounds profit. The attention of these folk give me equal certainty that my investment has legs still.
Why? Well, amidst all of the concerns expressed, have the fundamentals changed? No. Well, sorry, yes. The resources that made me buy EUA shares in the first place still remain but have grown in size and value (eg WK DFS; MT Flanks). The external environment (ie S Africa, C19, green agenda, rhodium/palladium/nickel prices) has changed, making EUA’s resource more valuable and attractive. A roadmap to monetisation of the assets has been put in place (FSP), interest evidenced (‘wide range of parties..non-binding offers...a possible acquisition of the Company as well as other transaction structures’), and professional support put in place (USB et al) working to get the best deal possible.
Patience is required with EUA and, for those who have held, the rewards have and IMHO will continue to accrue. I have a target of 88p... and I confess I will get incredibly anxious if the sale price is only 85p ; )
My only advice is don’t sell in a panic (but definitely sell if you’re losing sleep at nights!), don’t use stop losses, and only invest what you can afford to lose.
Hope you have a warm, safe, and enjoyable weekend.

4th Dec Blackrock holding: 32,367,67727th Jan Blackrock holding: 34,498,638Someone knows something and it ain’t “Sell, sell, sell cos this is all a sham” as some would have one believe.Follow the money?Well, I’m happy to continue clinging to the coat tails of the big boys.GLAHTC
All the sp’s meanderings through the woods can easily confuse and sap confidence (as intended, I suspect). Important to remind oneself of the important way points: progress of the sp over the last year; the resources; the BoD; the RNSs; the IIs growing their stakes; the developments in the Kola region; the infrastructure and proximity of NN; the involvement of UBS et al in the FSP; the news we’re waiting for; and to repeat, the resources, the ever increasing value of the resources.
All gives clear shape to the situation.
As for those like J-girl, I can’t be a hypocrite, if the sp does drop, I’ll be buying more! And fact is, I remember buying the bulk of my EUA shares back in 2018 when the price was less than half a penny and there were many holding at the time who had bought in at much higher prices; they must have found new boys like me shouting the odds pretty galling albeit, I’d like to think I did my bit to see off the likes of TDT.

Morning. As good an RNS as the bod could release. I do like the reminders of what goodies we have esp the rhodium and iridium. Also like UBS’s confirmation that it represents EUA’s interests and EUA only in the FSP. Complexity = good for me. The caveat re no guarantee serves both the regulatory function and as a reminder EUA could mine itself (so best make the deal an attractive one!).
GLAH, stay safe, and watch for continued shenanigans by MMs as they seek more shares for IIs.
TC
Guess we can all choose timeframes to compare company sp performance, eh, Goad. GGP July ‘19 was about 1.5p and now around 34p; EUA was 0.5p and is now about 35p. So, which is performing better? If EUA’s sp isn’t good enough for you, sell. Simple .....if you have shares that is. Dusty bin for you. Ttfn.

Curious that LSE isn’t showing trades from later than 4.05 yesterday so conveniently not recording the £1,000,000 after hours Buys. Someone’s confident.... sorry, lots of IIs know where the sp is headed.
