another day and no TR!s,so no change to ii holdings yesterday(changes have to be announced by 15.30 the next trading day) so looks like FSP still on track.not being helped by general market malaise of course.

imo just part of general market malaise which enables mms to mark down if it is in their interests to do so .to put matters in perspective less than £14000 shares traded today.some are buys. doesnt look like any IIs are selling (no TR1s yesterday).again imo the FSP is still on track and expecting announcement of bid by end of next week at latest but probably before.again no guesses as to price.

bear in mind that their warrant exercise price is 40p.

agree bunco that it's a good sign. the major holders have seemed to adhere strictly to the FSP reporting requirements so i think we can be completely confident that nothing has changed.personally i was not expecting anything but it's good to have it in effect confirmed by the absence of any TR1s .everything appears to be exactly on track as before and imo this was completely confirmed by the RNS.i am expecting a formal bid announcement in next few days but no guesses as to the figure.

with the exception of the uncrossing trade all the trades were off book so even harder to draw any conclusions from them did you notice the price at which microequities topped up on Friday? certainly didn't get that on the order book. agree it will be interesting to see if we get any TR1s.not entirely impossible we could get announcement tomorrow re FSP.

hardto disagree curious.expect pitiful attempt to window dress the results which will fool nobody.(pehaps another exciting CBD opportunity lol). yes think its all down to FDA and perhaps an EMA change of designation,but I'm not expecting them to get the latter and it probably won't help if they do.hope I'm wrong.also going to need further funding to take FDA forward so expect further dillution.

just had a proper look at the figures.looks like a probable extra loss of about $5m (depending on what the final figures actually are) not accountable by aussie tax and amortisation charge.again i find the wording of the announcement disingenuous.the potential difference is certainly not just down to these two factors and other figures do not appear to be similar to last years.looking pretty dire to me I'm afraid.

yes apologies to you bignose and dougie.i have indeed finally cracked under the pressure of waiting for news here.actually it was the shock this morning of discovering i have an investment which is actually going to make a profit(not regent obviously).it is such a novel phenomenon that all power of reason and perception deserted me.is this what has happened to jamie and the reason why we never hear any thing?more likely than the company being sold but if it has been they probably wouldn't announce that either! fed up italian.sorry again I'm off.

morning bignose. nothing specific I'm afraid. there has not been a consistent pattern of issue so i don't think it's significant if we don't get one,as I'm sure the amortisation process will continue as before.i suppose subconciously i was commenting on the continued absence of any news which is becoming extreme.just a smidgeon of positive news would be welcome.heres hoping!
