agreed bignose.dont see how they can carry on like this but we have been saying that for a long time.i suppose what i really meant was that although we have been going in the opposite direction to the rest of world for a long time we now will (at best) track it down, as there is nothing to lift it up .no the position with gibsons salary is quite ludicrous.i imagine he cannot actually be being paid it all so probably racking up another large loan account!

if it is artemis continuing to sell down(we don't know of course but quite likely) then presumably they can only have another couple of weeks at most to keep it up.thats quite a long time for nervous investors so i would commend the sentiments of LetsTry's post to combat what might be precipitous reaction.of course we should expect further TR1s particularly if LO are continuing to accumulate.just my opinion of course.

ok thanks. didnt think we had had anything so specific particularly with the deliberate non indication of EBITDA in the TU.anyway the main take is it sounds moderately positive and the involvement of LO is intriguing.

looks pretty price sensitive to me.

certainly a lot to think about here.looks like the consensus is LO have an average between 50p and 60p.hard to imagine they would have increased their position unless they felt there was a very good chance of a significant turnaround ,but the difficulty is that with the sort of firepower they now have here they can probably manipulate the s/p to enable them to bring their average down further. however with a 23%+ holding i imagine at some point it becomes counterproductive to continue with this tactic (i am not suggesting they are doing it at moment but they may be) and they will have to look to trying to engender real growth in the s/p.whether this would involve some form of t/o i don't know but its possible.personally i cannot see what asset they could usefully try and divest which would have any significant effect on the debt level which i think will have to be addressed over a period of time(in the absence of a T/O) but thats just my opinion.i also think no chance of a dividend for some time.debt need s to be addressed first,but once things are going in the right direction there then it will become a much more realistic possibility.as to sykes I'm starting to think he may well need to go, as i get the feeling something went badly wrong in the FSP and with lombard in such a strong position i cannot see how he can survive if he loses their confidence.nothing to suggest he has lost it yet but the corporate governance comments in the RNS hint that this is under consideration.im still confident that in the medium to long term we will see good returns here, although obviously the current environment is going to make things pretty difficult for a while.

i personally haven't contacted them as i will not be going( High risk category for CV I'm afraid)all those questions are perfectly pertinent.if any are answered they will have to have been RNSd beforehand if market sensitive.i am therefore hoping for news on at least some of those before the seminar.

no i don't think that is the case.according to the RNS you have to contact optimum comms to express interest.i have no idea what the selection criteria are but nothing to suggest that PIs are banned.in my experience Pis often get to ask questions at this type of event although i do accept that at some there is a considerable degree of stage management.my basic position here as previously outlined is that they are under no compulsion to arrange a seminar at this point. if they have something to hide or are unsure of their ground why bother to arranfge it.imo it is completely pointless to speculate one way or the other.simply wait to see what happens.the announcement of the seminar is not,imo,a reason to buy in or remain invested but equally,and perhaps more strongly.,it is not a reason to sell or to cast doubt on the product etc.

hello all I've been out for a bit and things seem to be getting out of hand.the RNS is the one on 5th march .it says he is a member if the KOL advisory panel.it doesn't say he is the chairman.he is clearly going to be there to extoll the potential benefits of MED3000 which is fine as far as I'm concerned.it will still have to undergo independent scrutiny and the need for rigorous data etc as discussed yesterday
