good evening to you LTU.i am indeed well and hope you are also.i understand your argument but with respect i do not find it convincing there are other obvious factors to explain yesterday's fall and as i mentioned previously the main drop took place some time after the market opened which to me would suggest it was more to do with general poor market sentiment than anything else.the reality is that it could be either a buy or a sell and neither of us can say for certain.we may of course receive a TR1 at the beginning of next week which may make matters clear but as the trade in itself was below 1% we may never know unless it causes an existing holder to cross a reporting threshold.for my part i am content to leave this particular debate alone now pending possibly getting an announcement next week.in turn i trust you will also enjoy the remainder of your weekend.

actually LTO i broadly agree with you.it doesn'tmean anything necessarily.but in fairness it was you who first suggested it could be LO "dumping"with no basis for the suggestion other than speculation and perhaps,dare i say it,an agenda.just balancing the cart.

held up very well today all things considered.apologies for repeating the same message but pleased to see no TR1s today,all major holders still in place then.am expecting announcement re FSP at some point next week.

not much consolation i know but helps to put things in perspective to see we didn't even make LSE's fallers board today.all in all think we have held up quite well.

personally i think the way to look at it is this.no immediate requirement to RNS anything if TPR 100 procedure is on track.if it is not on track in the sense that there is an absolute time limit which has not been met then an immediate RNS to that effect is required.hence if no RNS today or monday i shall assume it is still on track.others can make their own assumptions based on their investment objectives/

don't think you can argue with the s/p.also the opening s/p today was not marked down much it didn't fall to any extent until trading was well under way. todays fall reflects nothing more than general poor market sentiment imo .

well you would expect a civilised and sensible country like switzerland to take sensible measures and what do we do? huge rally in bristol! anyway i agree with your central point in that we may expect some benefit in due course from travel restrictions etc although the general economic decline which would accompany that would probably counterbalance to some extent.apologies for speculating on the potential benefits here in what is a very worrying and for some tragic situation.

lord top up whilst i completely accept that the market should be updated as to the position re TPR in due course, i am just making the point which i think is perfectly valid, that it is premature to draw adverse conclusions from the absence as yet of any update.We need to allow time for feedback from MHRA which could be some time.thank you for your good wishes but I'm not actually Italian and don't live in Italy. its just a board soubriquet.

i don't think we should necessarily expect any form of update re TPR100 at this point.assuming the addition work has been carried out and submitted FUM may simply wait until they have the MHRA's response before updating the market.in that way they would have something substantive to say one way or the other.just my opinion.

imo no need to synchronise timing with both possible markets.by analogy if shares are quoted on say aim and nasdaq announcements are made here in usual way without reference the us market opening times.
