yes bignose I've been watching this ever since you mentioned it a few months go.i didn't buy in but have watched it with interest .been up and down quite bit (thats what passes as TA for me lol).key to some of these is the initial low m/c,as they can move really quickly on sentiment alone.not saying thats the case with N4P, but valrix would be a good example. i was in that and made a small profit but it rose significantly on what i thought was a lack of real substance, just sentiment and hope, so sold out.at least here we do have a formally approved product if only decent sales traction could be achieved.apologies if a bit off topic.

morning genericname .well anything is possible, but stifel don't seem to have a US office. happy to be corrected if wrong and I'm not suggesting it rules out anything US, but perhaps its something more european in nature. all just speculation of course.

interesting to see today's appointment of joint corporate broker. such appointments commonly presage some significant corporate or other development. stifel seem to have a strong european emphasis, but thats just a casual observation based on a cursory appraisal. thoughts anyone?

interesting post jimimarshall.i don't know if anyone listened to glaser's presentation of the 3rd quarter results for real networks.it was mainly done from the perspective of being exclusive of napster's contribution, but he referred to the npdtter deal as looking to compete in q4 and he described tapster's 3rd quarter performance as solid .this was on the 5th nov i think although i haven't checked back for the precise date.

well thats what I'm hoping .will be interesting to see if there's any change in strategy by Dbay. im not suggesting there will be, just interested to see if there is.

morning bignose.no its not going to make much of a dent in the profit warning figures it. that said it is another box ticked and i assume from the announcement wording that the formal CTA is just that, a formality which we can count on in due course .but with all that is going on re FDA trials and DLI who knows what financing steps will be required as we go along. still one more small step along the way.
