afternoon bignose.(8.30here in uk) i agree with that.i have posted the additional articles to indicate the coverage as of course their substance is pretty much the same.we have been promised an announcement when the deal has completed but whether it will be anything more than "the deal has completed" we have yet to see.hope it gives at least some guidance as to a plan for development.

would agree with that orlm and of course its imperative that its top flight at launch as we will have paying customers who will expect perfection pretty much. no more beta testing .i have no doubt that they will have the combined technical expertise to achieve this, but like you i would not be surprised if the time required is actually somewhat longer.

hello bucolic.im sure your powers of research are far greater than mine but i certainly didn't see anything to suggest weakening as suggested by ody.tbh I've been pleased that timescales are remaining on track.anyone sensible and familiar with this type of situation will know that things commonly take longer than expected, so to remain on track is imo very postive and as you rightly say this view is supported by the s/p movement.gla

afternoon all. intersting post dingwallgadgie. i particularly liked the feng shui suggestion. im personally quite excited (well what passes for excited at my age)about the DLI tie up.i know its not what we signed up for and it may all come to nothing, but its surprising what can be achieved with the right marketing etc. as always time will tell.

afternoon bucolic.i hope you are well and enjoying today's lively board.yes lets see what develops.i haven't posted for a while but for what its worth(not much probably)i actually found the last RNS very encouraging and was surprised how little comment it got.i accept that in a sense it did not tell us a great deal that we didn't already know,but i think that assessment is a little superficial.first it provided for me some definition to the FDA process,with a clear timeframe for the next formal stage.i also found the reference to the feb meeting as being "to agree details primarily relating to the statistical analysis plan" quite interesting.whilst not wishing to read too much into this and acknowledging the word"primarily", it does seem to suggest a relatively narrow focus for the outstanding issues.just my take of course.you would expect detailed planning and preparatory steps to be continuing but nice to have it confirmed.also i was encouraged by the EMA aspect.first it gave the lie to the suggestion made recently that the ema probably haven't even started looking at the technical file.how far along the way they are we don't know ,but they have started scrutiny.i was particularly intrigued by the talk of exclusive negotiations for one specific region.may come to nothing of course,but intriguing nevertheless.sorry for going over old ground,but i really did find it encouraging.

managed to listen to tim sykes's podcast with justin waite from yesterday and very interested to hear him talk of phd having, after two difficult years,reached an inflection point.sounds very positive.

I've now found the expected major shareholder details post admission.gore retains same holding but percentage goes down from5.8 to 4.9.absolutely no mention of him at all in narrative(unless I've missed it)

one possibility is the reference in the admission document(10.2) that during the last quarter napster concluded an amendment to an agreement with a marquee PaaSprovider which will lead to ltheaunch of new music service in Q4.perhaps this is something they have kept back in order to give details in time for s/p push back to 4.3p. they really won't want to have to issue additional shares as it won't look good.just musing and probably completely wide of th mark.
