hello lF.well its possible but extremely unlikely imo.there will be clauses stopping either party from engaging in anything outside the usual business activities but not the other way round just my opinion of course.

lofas the date of completion of acquisition, currently scheduled for 29th dec. in effect this means 12.30pm on thursday, when market closes and as there is no trading on the 28th. at least thats how i work it out, but i may be wrong as I've been wrong on lots of technical points recently. the date could be extended, but an RNS would be issued if so.

morning bignose.exciting times? well hope so.i do feel more positive now than for a very long time.i had virtually written this off in middle of year as we were running on fumes and everything seemed too far away.we are still on a pretty low tank of course but now things are starting to happen (oct whatever the time scale and FDA progress etc,) its starting to look a little more hopeful, as dougie suggests .poms comments are interesting. the option is clearly very specifically formulated. not reading too much into it, but interesting.

june is what I'm told bignose, but we will have to wait and see. ple must have directors,or at least one. i will see if i can find out who its directors are later.i don't know enough about the shareholding structure to say if there are any other subsidiaries,but whoever it is i really don't think it's to do with DLI. could always be wrong of course. just a final thought don't we have a subsidiary company incorporated in eire which actually made the application for the oct switch? i ive forgotten the detail but will try and look tonight.

morning dougie.for what its worth my take is as follows (and this is also in response to your question bignose).first i have virtually no doubt that its linked to fortacin progress.i have checked now and as i thought the last grant to which bignose is referring in october, contained no terms like today's. if the grant has been made for the proper purpose,which is to incentivise and retain key personnel,then it must clearly link to the progress of fortacin and does perhaps indicate an increasing confidence in progress.a bit more light at the end of the tunnel.important not to read too much into it but very mildly encouraging.as to the identity of the recipient the statement refers to subsidiaries in the plural.it can't be jamie as he is a director of the holding company (i think this is a reasonable inference to draw),but as to who else it could be i have no idea.onward and upward eh?
