heimdal interesting posts.i assume that whatever person or institution is selling through instinet they or it can have only a very limited number of shares.looking at the circular about DLI and the effects on shareholders (p26) there are hardly any shareholders with significant holdings.if you rule out the parties associated with insilco and DLI there are virtually none with 1% plus. im just speculating of course and don't have all the facts. i do see that according to simply wall street in feb2020 Dimensional fund advisors were the 3rd largest holder after mellon and gibson. gibson had about 3.7% then i think, although i haven't checked. they are not mentioned in the page 26 list so presumably have sold down.i gather they they are a US operation although have shoots in all the usual countries. possibly they are disposing of whatever they have left? just musing, but provided their interest is as small sell as it would appear to have to be, it should not take long for them(or whoever it is) to be cleared out. just my guess of course.

intersting find ORLM.not really my area but i see one comment asks whether secondary users will need a facebook account as well.my guess would be no, as it would limit the scope significantly,but who knows.

well at least its going direct to pay down the aussie tax.wont make much of a dent but it does seem as though they have an understanding with the aussie tax authoriteies about all this. presumably they are happy to go on getting interest at whatever rate it is on the outstanding balance.

not suggesting there are any meaningful comparisons( i know nothing about renalyx) but i see they raised in july 2019 at 250p and listed on nasdaq in 2020. surrent s/p is 570p. several possible inferences to be drawn from the large trade, one of which is that a mm was prepared to take such a large quantity in one go and the price did not crater .im not suggesting it's good or bad, just acknowledging how difficult it is to place any reliable interpretation on reported trades imo.

I've been looking at that steadfast.its shown as ordinary trade so through a market maker.not described as late or anything else.what is interesting is the time as its given as 11.13 and at 11.13 WINS moves onto the bid in the order book at 66p as opposed to the previous bid of 65p.i can't say who was on the bid at 65p.the s/p has remained slightly up since then.perhaps we will see some correspondingly large trades late reported on the buy side.who knows?

morning bignose.yes decent rise on the news and pretty much what one might have expected, bearing in mind its just about future possibilities. it was the fact that they have chosen to announce it at this point which prompted my suggestion about being fattened up. i assume thee was no regulatory need to announce,so why not leave it until the consultant has completed his work and they have the full picture. doubtless there are reasons to announce just because its something positive in itself and we are anxious for good news so its probably nothing more than that.im certainly not complaining as if it proves to be even reasonably accurate it will be very good news. that said i an extremely sceptical when it comes to the reliability of market research so I'm not holding my breath.dont want to end on a negative note so ill repeat it is very good news potentially and i was pleased to see the S/P hold above 0.20c,just for psychological reasons

does anyone else get the impression that fortacin is being fattened up as it were for sale,not in th very new future of course, but a little way down the line perhaps?

no dougie,i hadn't seen it,although i have been checking.must have missed it.anyway very interesting.not sure I've taken it all in, but putting aside the substantive content for the moment until ive had a better chance to read it, i find it encouraging that we seem to be getting somewhat more regular updates and better news flow .interested to read the views of others.

morning amitscoupe.yes i would give II a go.although they are not the cheapest platform with a monthly charge we know they will deal with regent shares and i have my holding with them,although for historical reasons. i think II will need to establish that your holding is not registered elsewhere(e.g. has not been deposited with the CCASS in hong kong)and will presumably have to check with the registrars and it my take them a short while to do this,but i would expect them to be able to do all this on your behalf fairly easily. i expect they will need to see your certificate so you might consider emailing them with a copy first ,particularly if the phone service is proving problematic.you have probably thought of that already so apologies if stating the obvious.good luck.

LF can you or anyone else say whether napster can actually provide sony 360 service.in 2019 they said they ere partnering with sony to provide it and in june 2020 there was an article to say it would be available but it was not known when. would be interesting to know it they can.

and a good new year to you Ecclescake.certainly some reasons to feel a little more positive than 6 months ago.actually i feel a lot more positive,but this is just me. going to be an interesting year i think.
