morning bignose. yes interesting news and thanks again to you and pom. im not much good at US geography but it looks as though its in the same part of the world (state of indiana) as the square one wellness tie in. i suppose its all about building clinical awareness and acceptance. perhaps trying to establish a hub? anyway good news but very very minor i imagine. acorns and oak trees perhaps.i personally don't see it having much impact on the s/p since as you rightly say it comes with significant dilution.could be completely wrong of course and if they continue to bring out announcements it may start to build.

i never know whether to attach much weight to these sort of things but for anyone interested during the lunchtime auction someone put 555,000 shares on the bid at 38.5p.it coincided with the small uptick.

i wouldn't worry LF.i don't think theres the slightest chance we are involved with the kiss offering.will be interesting to see if we do come out with something fairly impressive for new years eve etc, but tbh I'm not really bothered whether we do or not. there are lots more new years eves and as you and other posters have suggested ,a bigger picture unfolding,but of course it would b good if something special was in the offing.

i think that is spot on LF. if you look at how the description is worded it suggests to me a distinction between the number of cameras and the vr capability.

quite difficult to evaluate this one deadcross.following your post about it on sunday i did have a look at Landmark live website and some others which reference them but i can't decide exactly what it is they do.one of the tweets about kiss has almost 92,000 views so I'm not going to suggest that it is not going to grab a lot of attention,but I'm not sure that it is any form of real competition. there are references to a travel documentary type format for some of their offerings so i think it may well be promoting the venue to some extent .that said the visuals on some clips look pretty stunning. personally not remotely worried by it as i have never expected us to be the sole producers of concerts etc.but certainly it will be interesting to see what is involved here.

you have to give 14 clear days notice for egm.that means you exclude the day of the notice and the day f the meeting from the calculation,s o if notice included in say announcement on 30th nov, the earliest the meeting could be held would be the 15th dec.not suggesting that is what will happen as no idea.

i have to say 1ljh that was my understanding and I've read commentaries to that effect. however i have also seen a couple of examples where the actual readmission to trading date was 2 or 3 days after the publication date,so i think we will just have to wait and see what the documentation actually says.

and lo and behold I've just had an email from stella fung thanking me for letting them know and saying they have got an engineer working on it.

hopefully they are trying to fix the glitch which started a few days ago.but who knows?
