Dom-bella. You are right, I don't hold shares. I do share information. My last post was about a month ago, and another about a month before that. If I want to chip in here occasionally with some data and facts that help inform and warn people of what they are getting into, that up to me. How about you comment on just ONE of the many fair questions put to you in this group? What is it in the accounts that fills you with confidence? Who were DMC and was there any indication that deal with ever real or could have completed? Are you ok with pivot after pivot and that the company now seems to have given up on its own bridge and is just getting some minority stakes in other companies that do have products instead? And have no revenue forecasts at all.

I'm amazed by how little concern or questions have been raised about the published accounts. There is telegram talk of 'good fundamentals' and shock that the share price is declining when there is 'nothing of concern' in the accounts. Such statements come either from people who haven't read them, or who want to settle nerves and stop anyone bothering to look. So a few figures directly from the accounts, looking at the last two years. Over just two years, a total of >£1.5m has been paid to directors and (the now 4!) employee's in Salary and fee's. In that same period just £19k revenue has been generated and operating loss has totalled £4.3m. Cash has declined from £92k at the start of 2023 to just £19k. And in two years, shared held by directors as reported in the accounts has jumped from 11m to 72m.

Not bad work if you can get it -£1.5m in salary and LOTS of low cost shares (which is where directors can make the real money, unfortunately at the expense of the LTH's). One more figure that stood out… that they spent £2643 on new computer equipment - a good indication of how this company is 'scaling' to get themselves to the moon.

Crayoneater said it very well. Spot on. Genuine question… if you wanted to help someone who is fully in, still ‘topping up’ and has total belief this will make them rich… to see it for what it is, what facts do you think are most compelling? I think that is probably DMC - who were allegedly going to invest £19m but don’t exist beyond a LinkedIn page and have zero history of investing in anything outside of the now-failed deal. Views? What’s the most compelling other simple arguments to share with a novice investor who doesn’t even see the risks of investing based on the telegram group?

Chimers.. There is money to be made trading this, nothing wrong with that and you appear to be doing well from it. Good for you.

The reason a few of us comment without holding/ trading is the company set up- that the company doesn't appear 'real' in any normal sense. No revenue or employee's, just a structure and investor approach (with closed telegram group) that seems to target novice investors as the main source of how money is actually made by the BOD, rather than operating a company to generate revenue and eventually profit. Heading for 10 years in various incarnations with no revenue, right?

Unless you really consider tokenizing the chairman book a true RWA platform launch and sustainable business (well called, GoldenGod!)

It all appears very dodgy and fundamental questions with no answers. Like whether DMC was ever a 'real’ company beyond a linkedin page, with actual money to invest.

So you are here to make money- good for you and probably you know that means most novice II will lose everything they invested in the end- personally I don't think that is on you. But it IS on Valereum BOD and those behind the telegram group, and some of us are commenting on that as it's seems pretty morally corrupt!

The point of the group? …. To stop a mass exodus of the largely novice investors that they have sucked into this, encourage ‘top ups’ at these ‘crazy low levels’ so in the background trades can be made. That group seems to be the product for valereum as without it, the company doesn’t really exist in a meaningful way.

Todays volume of trades has been beaten only twice in the last 3 years. Strange that with 5.6 million bought and just 162k sold, the price is down 12%. What are the 'buys'? The RNS is the most vacuous I've seen to date. For a company with no revenue and no products, that's going some. Yet it will still be enough to excite the telegram group and feed their blind hope that all the empty promises will still, somehow, make them rich in the end.

The ‘I think we can squeeze another £500k out of this before it collapses’ raise. They are skilled at keeping this alive enough to pump another day, but i do think they are reaching the end of the runway now.

Dom-Bella you don’t even try to make your posts logical or make any level of sense, do you? If you have an alternative POV with some basis in fact, please share it.

Some more things that are believed to be true- Actual products exist (beyond white label wallet that are two a penny) , that there are employees beyond the BOD, that DMC was real, that James has invested millions of actual money, that being in a closed and carefully controlled telegram is a good ideal when investing…

That valuation isn’t based on anything but feeding people in that group that are driven by blind hope having already lost so much. It’s just part of the pump that creates enthusiasm that drives the price back up for a bit so the cheap options can be off loaded again before SP collapses. Rinse and repeat. Nasdaq listings, actual revenue stream, flying pigs, premier FC club interest, magic beanstalks, they believe the lot. Nothing will shake that LT faith until they have lost the lot and a few pumpers and the BOD have made a lot of money from that process.

They should have literally tens or even hundreds of dollars in transactions fees incoming once the wallet goes live in…. El Salvador. Great spot to focus, as gov.uk site describes - One of the main issues impeding El Salvador from reaching its potential is corruption. El Salvador scores a 33/100 in terms of corruption (where 100 is very clean and 0 is highly corrupt) and ranks 116 out of the 180 countries for the Corruption Perception Index.

A perfect fit for Valereum then.

I don’t personally believe there was ever a real £1m of actual money from James. More likely clever accounting, smoke and mirrors. Telegram group now suggesting a Nasdaq listing as an option. It would be funny if the impact on the mainly-novice LT investors wasn’t so devastating.

Dom-Bella I also don’t hold. Never have, never will. I started watching and commenting having seen a mate get horribly involved in this sham /scam. It is morbidly fascinating to watch how people get played, then time and again ignore the facts and buy into the hype once more in the hope of getting rich.

In the telegram bubble this morning, to counter all the excitement of seeing some event pics and ‘expensive suits’ in the (seemingly small) audience, this comment:

‘Whilst it's all good people showing activity and presence. A company needs to forcast earnings, what is 1 Tokenisation worth to us? What is the funnel worth?

Are we forecasting any income in 25/26 from markets?

These are the things that market needs to establish a base line. Once markets are up, what is the timeline for bridge show case? Has Vlrm priced the product ?’

What’s the chance of any of those fair questions getting answers?

It is just incredible that the telegram group take everything at face value and don't question anything they are fed. Didn't think to check who DMC were at the time of announcement despite a simple Google search providing pretty clear indication dmc had just been created for the purpose of the 'deal'. Now they are all ecstatic to have 'Carmen' on board who is apparently valereum's greatest achievement to date. Wow. Just check her linked in profile to see if that accolade matches her actual career history. Judge for yourself. It takes basically nothing to convince that group that all is fine and they will all be rich. They won't be. They are getting fleeced.

A rushed out RNS as an answer to growing unrest and calls for real answers on DMC (was it a real company/investor with any funds or track record?). 'Quick, let's release our white-labelled app. That should distract a few people from asking the actually important questions'. It will probably work too.

The funding may well happen. And if so there will be a frenzy of euphoria and likely the associated ramp price jump. Followed by a dump. Funding cleverness aside (still zero info on dmc) there really doesn’t seem to be a viable business. Just huge claims, a wallet to come (which are two-a-penny) and lots of complexity and time zones to deal with. Bless them. Smoke and mirrors galore with this company. This is not going to end well for the majority of those in the Telegram group.

I wouldn’t trust the answer even if I got a response. They have a vested interest to communicate in way that tries to maximise excitement and of course not call out if existing long term holders are getting the raw end of the stick!
