That 1.44% per month is £700k per month with a share price at 20p. Even at a 5p SP, that’s £2.1m a year. Only issue is trade volume and finding new buyers to off-load that quantity… but as this is going to the moon etc I’m sure they will be fine. Who needs actual revenues anyway.

Witty, if you feel that is a great RNS, can you actually explain the structure in simply terms, dilution impact, etc? And why you have trust in the investing company established 6 months ago with two employees and no announced deals other than this one? It is almost certainly a great RNS for the BOD… some big numbers that will drive excitement (otherwise known as a pump?) while providing new options to continue to shift around and sell a big number of cheap shares.

They are many things, but they are not incompetent.

Hi Brokeholder. It's fair to say nobody seems to really understand this deal. It does seem rather too good to be true (£200m investment that comes with an additional magic-tree perpetual income payments of £10m a year!). QGP is a company which has NO HISTORY and was only founded in July 2025. It has just TWO employee's, one of which was still doing A'levels in 2018 based on his own LinkedIn profile. The situation seems very DMC-like, although perhaps worse given the subsequent resignation of advisors and suspension.....

Shoosting do you want reassurance to feel less worried, regardless of so many red flags with this company -of which this is just the latest? It’s not pretty. Nothing you can do now but wait. The only thing you can do is ignore EVERYTHING in the pump and dump telegram group. It exists to serve the interests of BoD (who continue to do very nicely at the expense of long term investors). I hope you don’t get stung too badly.

PP. I know I’m stating the obvious, but the chairman and BOD are driven by their own interest. Of course he’d say that. For me the point is they ramped the DMC deal at the time when DMC didn’t really exist. It had been set up shortly before and although Valereum positioned them as an institutional investor, there was no record of them doing any previous investments. Either due diligence was appalling or the BOD did understand the situation…. Do you know Gary’s background beyond what Valereum have told you? Out of interest (feel free to tell me to sod off for asking) what is your situation? Day trader, this only 5% of your portfolio, introduced to the TG group and first aim share? You should not trust me, golden (although for what it’s worth he’s been a lot more right than wrong to date) but certainly not the TG or BOD who directly benefit from you believing this will go to the moon. With the number of free shares they have, it can go to Staines and they can make a lot of money while private investors lose their shirts. Good luck to you whatever.

PP I don’t think people like golden want the share to fail. I know I don’t and would be delighted if it work out well for LT private investors. It’s more warning that based an all we know and have seen from the way Valerie operate, it probably will fail. Whether the many pivots, the amazing amount the BOD have already extracted from a company with basically no employees and no real revenue (past reported revenue hasn’t be actual revenue), vast free shares including to family, complex inter-linked company structures, deals with total lack of transparency, DMC situation where that company seemed to have been set up for the sole purpose of the Valereum deal (likely now repeating). And the closed and ramps telegram group. Massive red flags everywhere. If this is a punt as part of a balanced investment portfolio, good luck to you. But if you found this share via TG etc and don’t have much investment experience, you’ve been warned. You will likely lose it all while the BOD get rich at your expense.

DMC appeared to be set up specifically for the earlier deal that 'failed'. Could that be the case with Quorium Global Photonics too? Very few search results on google, with the only 'agreement' being this valereum one. Are they a credible, established financial institution investing £200m? The company's linkedin profile (7 followers and no posts) says they were founded in 2025. They report having 11-50 employee's but only list two - 1. The MD quoted in the RNS (Pieter Scholtz ) who's Linked In profile was set up just 6 months ago. He is based in South Africa and lists no career history. The second is Bradley D (who needs surnames) who joined QGP in July 2025 - and was previously self employed but doing A levels at Carmel College in Darlington until 2018 according to his profile.

This is landing perfectly with its audience and offering a great pump narrative. ‘If BOD will invest at 50p and £1 per share, they must know something. I best top up at these ‘crazy low levels’ is the intended logic which will be promoted. The RNS even calls out it’s not about ‘optics’, but it definitely is. My bet is on a later RNS explaining why the raise couldnt go through as planned. Then full year accounts and even with past accounting smoke and mirrors, it will be brutal. But that still allows a couple of months to capitalise the pump...

Its such a sad state of affairs. Someone in the TG group saying they are '96% down so no point in selling', and asking for 'honest opinions' on whether it will go anywhere. There have never been and will never be 'honest' opinions in a controlled telegram group which exists only to recruit the next wave of novice investors and pump the share. Someone else comments 'James surely can't be happy with the SP'. Yes, he can be very happy! They just don't seem to get it. They are down 96%, but when you have millions of free shares, you can make a LOT of money even at 2p. All the BOD need to do is stop a complete collapse and they can keep extracting money from this. It's been and continues to be a money tree for them. Fed and watered by people that don't know better and I suspect, often can't afford what they have invested. It remains morbidly fascinating to watch.

I take it all back, valereum have a plan an it looks like this:

It’s actually similar to mine. I have a tennis racket, so I plan to first make $10m by winning competitions, then $20m. Then (wait for it) $30m. So basically the same, only with financial targets rather than a ranking goal on a little website! If anyone wants to switch from valereum and invest in me, I actually rate my chances! I will take a hefty salary using the money you ‘invest’ while I play (I mean train) , but unlike valereum BOD I won’t give myself free shares to make money off you that way too. So I’ll rip you off, but fairly. Who’s in?!

And just like that, the TG group is back to the pump! It's crazy we are this low, great time to get in, amazing newsflow, we know how quickly this can move, we are just at the start, RWA this, 50 billion squillion that. Nobody in the group actually understands, but it sounds exciting!

The call for the EGM and all those reasonable questions are lost in the chat history (if not deleted by now).

The result- relatively speaking for the low volume on this share - LOADS of small buys which indicate novice investors and those topping up. Expect to see a 150k plus sell at about 4.30pm which happens pretty regularly. No doubt those with free shares continuing to offload steadily. Remember, selling 150k shares even at 3.5p when those shares were basically free is a nice >£5k+ profit. Do that just 5 times a month for a nice £25k per month income. As well as healthy salaries (>£1.5m in two years per accounts remember) money is being made. Even with the share price at this crazy-low level.

It is fascinating to watch the coordinated tactics used to put down any negative views or questions in the Telegram group. With understandable frustration, one member outlines a fair set of questions and calls for EGM. Yes, frustration at the BOD for not answering is included, not unreasonably. The responses have a fairly typical pattern:

- Insult and belittle - LSE scum, winging, moaning, toxic, etc.

- Question motive (the motive of those people ramping doesn't need scrutiny of course).

- Blame and shame - SP drop is your fault, what would our partners think of us, BOD working there butts off, you' re putting off future investors (Oh hang on, did we just get to the motive of those aiming to crush negative sentiment?)

- Sometimes part-acknowledge - yes, it would be better if we had a bit more info. (But always ignore the really important questions completely).

- Ignore and divert- start posting about other stuff even if only vaguely related to Valereum (as long as there are some really big numbers!)

Revert to ramping- great news-flow, we are under-valued (great time to average down), etc.

In the telegram group today - ‘The dmcmarketsinc.com domain has now expired - it only ever directed to the LinkedIn page. Both had clearly been created for the purpose of the deal that never happened. Which begs the question who are/were DMC and was proper DD done?’

So the right question on ‘who were DMC’ but the DD question still seems to come from thinking DMC was not connected to those running Valereum. That seems doubtful. If BOD unwittingly didn’t see issues with DMC not existing beyond a linkedin page, with no investment record at all, they are clearly incapable of running even a simple business. The alternative is they knew, but something different was going it. They are not stupid.

There is a fundamental difference with other companies with huge and growing transaction volume or revenue who are going after huge scale needed to eventually make huge profit. They often have a phase of big losses. But valereum doesn't have any employees, tech, a brand, transactions or revenue. Vague promises of taking a share of a huge market for tokenisation, based on literally nothing, isn't a business.

Dom-bella. You've been polite to me. If you really do believe this company is not the sham it appears, can you outline WHY there are no red flags for you in the annual accounts? A few figures you could comment on.... Over just two years, a total of >£1.5m has been paid to directors and (the now 4!) employee's in Salary and fee's. In that same period just £19k revenue has been generated and operating loss has totalled £4.3m. Cash has declined from £92k at the start of 2023 to just £19k. And in two years, shared held by directors as reported in the accounts has jumped from 11m to 72m (post-publishing, even more!). If any of that is defendable, defend it.

It's another very positive day for the BOD and those working behind the scenes to pump this in the telegram group. They continue to avoid the mass exodus of novice investors who are the only actual source of income for valereum. Another day of getting paid handsomly for running a non-buisness. You are part of that dom-bella. With all your distracting, nonsense filled posts here.

I dont think the concept is dead, but my impression is they now aim to deliver it via other companies tech. So no owned IP. Latest update was releasing a demo they had announced two years back, right? Unless they are using their new laptop to develop a bridge that will transform global fintech? Seems a bit far fetched.
