QGP (and/or Quorium) looks very questionable from anyone approaching this objectively. From the total lack of transparency and links per below, having zero history through to the mere fact they were only set up July last year with two people (one, who had quite recently finished a'levels but has now left).

But I do think the 'will the first coupon be paid' may be too simple. What all those involved with Valereum clearly understand very well is financial funding mechanisms and complex company structuring. That seems to be how they make money from Valereum, not from a business that does or ever will generate conventional revenue. So some new money may well end up on the balance sheet when the coupon is due. Will that mean everything is fine? Definitely not. Fundamental questions still have no answers.

They are really trying to keep a hold on the telegram group and discourage anyone from visiting this board and hearing uncontrolled opinions or seeing inconvenient facts. Golden with his ‘more right than wrong’ analysis seems a particular sore point. It did make me wonder about the roles assigned to different people in the telegram group eg Craig to lead on ‘newsflow’, who plays the ‘it’s not great but the BOD are smart and I still really believe’ role etc.. of the 500(?) group members it must only be 10-15 people who do 90% of the posts and control the narrative…

It is very convenient to have a 'bad old board' to blame isn't it. But when Jamie took over he said himself he had been 'involved behind the scenes' for some time. Peter who apparently 'led the revolution' was the original telegram admin when this was set up by Lenigas. Mark (hi PP1!) per todays discussion was part of gatenet. Share to a consulting company led by Gary's son going unquestioned once uncovered. Companies set up a few months before major announcements where the ultimate controlling interest is impossible to find.

Here’s the deal… the BOD won’t be dumping any of their vast number of shares for the next few days, so if you lot top up, you may even see the share price rise a bit as they focus on trying to keep it above 10p for even more free shares. Lets focus on the facts related to what you've shared BashM. Could you clarify from your research:

- what % of Digishares do Valereum own and how much profit comes from THEIR £200m revenue anyway?

- Bluebird is not Valereum, but it's nice for them that they are expanding THEIR partnerships. What % does Valereum own again?

- We can all make up number, what is your rationale for saying it will be 1% of that $1bn transactoins… instead of 0.05%, 0.4% or 7%. What % would Valereum FACTUALLY be due based on their holding of bluebird? Could they realise this as revenue vs just see increase in value of the investment?

You’ve said facts only. So it’s nice to see your opinion that it would be great if Valereum took a stake in Injective. But they don’t have one. It would also be nice if Valereum had customers, revenue, employees, IP, tech of their own. But they don’t have those either.

Your desire for actual revenue is fair but I fear not something the BOD concern themselves with. Why worry about revenue, customer and growth when you can just announce a bunch of non-binding MoU's, do some paid stockbox interviews and concentrate on keeping the closed telegram group hyped and in-check?

On the 'history' point - remember this team isn't completely different and disconnected from what came before. A quick reminder…The 'revolt' Peter led put his 'very good friend' (Peters words, not mine) Jamie in charge. No shareholder vote. Jamie said at that time he was already a 'significant shareholder' and that he had been 'working in the background since January' (his words). And prior to that, Peter was 'just' the Telegram group admin (a role given to him by DavidL originally?) . Gary does seem to have a very credible background. But that happens - sometimes people do, until they don't.

Across all available public disclosures, none of Valereum’s MoUs have yet resulted in confirmed operational outcomes, integrations, asset migrations, or commercialised activity. Each MoU remains at the exploratory or framework stage, with no follow‑on RNS or press release indicating delivery, conversion to binding agreements, or measurable progress.

Wait what? Peoplepower1, have you decided to just make stuff up for fun now? I also heard that they have cracked alchemy, so maybe this is under valued after all.

That is a valid point. My argument on why it isn’t balanced is I’ve seen a lot more reasoned cases outlined about the negative, with clear facts about red flags. I’ve never once seen peoplepower1 and a few others make any attempt to address any of those points. Whenever asked they say do your own research, refer to RNSs that actually don’t provide answers etc. I’d personally really like to see a well argued case on why the direct points I and others have raised are not valid.

It’s overly simplistic to say lawyers are involved and so everything is totally fine. Something can be legal (even right on the edge) but still dodgy as hell. Put everything together on Valereum across its fully history, including DMC and now QGP and it’s very hard not to see a clear pattern.

RNSs are almost always funding/share/company structure changes with the occasional (mainly meaningless and always non-binding) MoU. Never any info on actual business progress or revenue.

If anyone argues it’s all fine, they are either desperately trying to convince themselves it will work out ok, or they are playing a part in this pump and dump mess.

The answer is a company set up just 7 months ago, with two employees, established in the Cayman Islands (I wonder why there?) and that has no history of any activity outside of this Valereum deal. Nothing. Ever.

Nasdaq, big numbers, top up while you can, we are undervalued etc.. oh and there is this thing called an ‘ISA’ where you can save on tax…

Isthisacult you are quite right something feels off. If your theory/concern is correct, where would be a good place to set up such a company? If you wanted to hide the controlling interests? The Caymans? I can't remember where QGP have been set up.

Stockbox is just a paid service with an 'interview-like' news format. It is paid advertising, nothing more.

BashM, Any company that has access to a $1bn shouldn’t have zero history beyond this investment in Valereum. They shouldn't have two employee's and have been set up just 7 months ago. And if they do have $1bn more to put into Valereum as claimed, unless they are really stupid, that mean they must have $10-50 billion available, because nobody is going to put ALL of their funds into a single company. Even if it was a great one rather than one with no IP, no business revenues, etc.. So does a company with $10+ billion of funds get set by two people 7 months ago have ZERO track record of any activity, ever?
