Also, talking of absolute nonsense, the SP at the moment is crazy, unfortunately I haven't got any more to pile into this.

To put into perspective, if Colter hits (58% COS btw) then our 10% stake in it alone would be worth more than the current MCAP. That's ignoring £5m cash in the bank, Crown, Italy, Jamaica and everything else!

Twitter rumours of company being seen going into placing agents.

I would personally welcome a placing now as Brian mentioned we would only be raising in order to fund a tramsformational deal. We already had over £5m cash in the bank following the premium placing in September. In my mind any placing now would be extremely good news and would be followed by news of deal very shortly.

On the other hand, as is the case with most twitter rumours it could be absolute nonsense.

We must surely now be nearing news on both Colter drill and the big Jamaica cpr. I'm sure at some point it was mentioned that Jamaica news was expected before Colter results so with three weeks drilling taking us to the middle of next week we could have a very busy period over the next few days!

Doubt it Maverick as if the information is available then UOG would have released it already as it is price sensitive.

Unless of course UOG release an update tomorrow too, which is very much a possibility as news is due anyday now.

Just patience required I think.

Although the news release so far in Q1 has been good, it's not been the big news that everyone is waiting on meaning either Jamaica or this new transformational deal that Brian has mentioned a few times.

Colter spud was expected and hence is a non-news item. The other CPRs, whilst good again were nothing that wasn't expected and whilst this should still add value to the SP I think people are just waiting on the big items.

Time will tell. I'm certainly not worried at all here, I think once we are closer to actual production that will certainly help and the new deal could be one that brings that date closer.

I'm not an expert in markets in any way shape or form but I would imagine aims rules are slightly less strenuous than main market rules. Could this be to do with an upcoming deal to make things easier? Obviously speculation but interesting to think what this could be linked to, if anything.

Not really the RNS we were all waiting for. Very inconsequential in my view, just saving the company a bit of money.

Yep, good progress made yesterday. Around Felixstowe now and should cross between Dover and Calais today and hopefully if all goes to plan reach Colter by the end of tomorrow night to spud early next week.

On the plus side, someone is hard selling into this we are still up for the day so far.

Much rather see someone sell out before news rather than supress the SP once news hits.

Only that we are using the same drilling rig. So now that Wick is finished it is free to travel to Colter. There are a few companies who have a stake in both but not UOG who just have a stake in Colter and nothing to do with Wick whatsoever.

Don't think it helps that UOG are being tagged in Wick posts on twitter just because they are waiting for Ensco 72 for Colter. Although if people are selling out here on that basis then it just shows how little research some people do and will literally buy and sell based on zero knowledge of a company just what someone on twitter says. Frightening!

Anyway, onwards to Colter! :D

People realise that UOG don't have anything to do with Wick right? We are just waiting for the rig for Colter. Very strange price action this morning!

Pleased to hear positive feedback from the conference call which I missed unfortunately due to work meetings.
