Looks as though Lombard are still dumping regardless of price as it doesn't fit with their criteria.

They had 69m shares left toward the end of October so may well just be getting rid of the last load. Should see a bounce back once they are fully out.

This all assumes it is just Lombard however, could be sales from elsewhere.

Last three buys all for volume ending in 888 would suggest it's the same person picking up some chunks.

Wow, this is now ridiculously overdone! You'd think the FS said it would be making a £500m loss.

I think Lombard are now just completely dumping out as soon as they can. IMO we'll see a big rebound once they are clear. Might be a while yet though given their large holding!

Most important thing today and the next couple of days is just generating the volume to get LO out.

Stated last week that unless they released the FS with financing that the SP wouldn't be doing much.

FS certainly looks solid. Let's get LO out, get the construction licence, helped by the new pro-mining Brazilian prime minister and move towards project financing and production.

Fundamentals remain extremely good, just a waiting game for the rewards IMO.

Like I said yesterday, I'm not sure we're going to see the SP fireworks on Monday expected by some with Lombard still selling into it. Unless of course they release financing details as the added bonus alongside the FS in which case we should see a mighty re-rate!

This is a long term hold for me, once Lombard has gone we will see the value.

At least we are churning through them.

I think Monday might be a bit of an anti-climax in terms of SP unless there is financing news alongside the FS. I only say this because any rise will be sold into heavily by Lombard and also sold into by PIs who bought in today trying to make a quick buck come Monday.

However, once Lombard are gone, we should see this shoot up.

Just my opinion though, obviously I would love the SP to fly up on Monday unimpeded, I just can't see it.

Institutional investors will sell regardless of any anticipated news flow if it doesn't fit with their strategy, won't matter to them when the FS is due.

Private sellers on the other hand....

Looking at the trades today I'm assuming the big round sells are still Lombard getting rid which suggests they plan to sell their entire holding. Could really do with another ii getting on board after the FS is released to counteract it as they've still probably got another good month or two of selling in them to clear their holding.

Silver lining is that we know who is selling and once they are out we should start to see some of the real value reflected in the SP

Bit odd in my opinion to release an RNS stating that you are going to release an RNS on the FS on Monday.

Leads me to believe that they wanted to create interest to stem the drifting SP and make sure that people didn't sell out on Friday OR they want to encourage extra buyers now so that LO can offload a few more before the release.

Delayed for 4-6 months for additional drilling.

Whole market is down, not just us. To do with the battering the American stocks took yesterday due to Government bonds and rising interest rates.

I don't pretend to fully understand it but just know near enough everyone is down right across the market.

Good response today, hopefully will see the BFS before the week is out.

I feel your pain, the whole thing seems like a shambles. You'd think they'd never dealt with a company takeover before.

It's now over a month on since I received the shares in my share dealing account and I'm still awaiting the others in my ISA to appear and still getting the same response every time I contact them.

Still waiting for my shares from IG!

Over 3 months now and still just keep getting fobbed off whenever I phone or email.

Just glad that the SP has remained relatively steady.

Once you have the shares I assume there should be no problem with putting a limit sell instruction on it but can't say for certain. If HL trade on the ASX then can't see a problem with it.

Still haven't received my ISA shares from IG yet, really is dragging on now!
