I'd still chase up X-O to see if they can issue a certificate and see if you can do anything from there. Seems harsh to lose a far few �k of shares for this reason. Hope you manage to get some kind of resolution to this. Best of luck.

Hi Woody, As per scheme timetable RNS 26th April was the "last day of dealings in, and for registrations of transfers and disablement in CREST of, Stellar Shares" Did you ask for the share transfer before this date? If not then unfortunately you might be stuck as the STEL shares are never going to relist. Not sure if X-O could still issue you with a share certificate and whether you could do anything with the certificate then. I'd contact X-O again and just ask for complete clarification on your options.

Just spoken to someone at IG and their response was: Usually this processes reflects in a few weeks but it's variable. So we may all be waiting a little bit longer for our NWF shares. However, given this, I think it's unlikely we'll see the big sell off some were expecting on opening of trading tonight which will probably help the share price hold by the time we do get the shares.

I believe it's tomorrow night which would be the 3rd May trading. Could be wrong though.

Been suspended since about the 6th April on the ASX.

Think shares are issued on 3rd May, which is Thursday and then admitted to trading on the Friday 4th May. So not sure if that means that NWF is out of suspension on the 3rd or the 4th?

Good news is that we've only got a week to wait before we find out :D

I believe this was all taken into account in calculating the theoretical ex rights price. Whilst I'm not expecting it to open at this price due to the placing offer not being fully subscribed and having to be underwritten, I still expect it to be higher than 0.12AUD, hopefully! I'm expecting a price between $0.15 and $0.18 to begin with once the NWF shares come out of suspension hopefully then rising to somewhere close to the theoretical ex rights price within a couple of weeks. Some patience might be required to see a decent return.

Coming up to the last hour or so for people that want in prior to suspension. Suspect we might see a few buys into close although I guess this is fairly irrelevant now.

Well if we get anywhere near the theoretical ex rights price stated in the takeover offer then we should all be in for a nice payday.

Agree with you Bunco, no chance of seeing 10p before takeover. In my opinion the NWF share price will open up somewhere between $0.15 and $0.18 following the consolidation which equates to between 6.50 and 7.90 in terms of STEL shares. Just my opinion, would be delighted if they opened any higher than that but can't see it myself. There is a reason why the current STEL share price is where it is.

Expecting to see a slow rise now into next Thursday as people look to get in before the suspension. Fingers crossed the NWF share price will hold up fairly well following the consolidation.

Everything going to plan then, can't see anyway it won't be sanctioned next week and carry on according to the set out timetable.

Does anyone know if Newfield will come out of suspension again prior to the takeover being completed or is it now suspended until that point? Wondering if we'll get any further indication of where the NWF price will be prior to it all happening.

Wish I'd kept some more aside now to get some more at these levels but can't win them all.

Yes, that is of course the other option. Personally, I think I will be taking the majority early as I want to free up a bit more for elsewhere but will certainly leave some in for the longer term.
