The fact of the matter is it's the trend that's important not the day to day movements up or down. There's money to be made on Tlw if you ignore rampers/de-rampers that talk sh....te on a daily basis.

The scary thing is we are 18 months into rate hikes almost monthly, recession predicted by most economists and the market is pricing this in, and the OP looking pretty resilient - hate to think what it will be when recovery kicks in, as it inevitably will.

While its always positive to see Directors buying (particularly Tlw given its such a rare event), 10k's worth is hardly a ringing endorsement - better than nothing though....

And why would you be complaining - according to you you're on 20-25% profit in a few days??

Tlw use 100mln cash to buy back 166mln of debt. That's good business in anybody's language

Came across this recently. Not aimed at anyone in particular, but a good lesson for all of us:-

Because of the low volumes the "industry" as it is sometime referred to on this board, are doing whatever they want with the SP. They managed to grind it down to these levels over time (without a sell off) and now seem to do some intra day trading to get what they want. Very frustrating but will come to an end if Tlw deliver on Gas, increased production , Kenya and exploration drilling, all conceivably within 12 months.

Don't know about toxic but its certainly more and more irrelevant as a Tlw board. A bit of humor can sometimes break the monotony but petty name-calling and insulting posts have no place here.

Looks like an opportunity to sell has arisen and they don't want to surprise the market given the AGM wasn't so long ago. No mention of possible divesting of assets at that time.
