Happy, if you're not prepared to put the effort in then don't expect to produce quality de-ramping. The total possible liability for disputed tax comes to $1 Bln if every claim succeeded as reported by Tullow themselves. That's why you didn't get the expected SP decline today because it has already been reported months ago. I know, maybe Tlw should go for rights issue...oh no wait a minute you already suggested that when the SP was 10p and surprisingly they didn't go for it :):)

Not everyone - I was underwhelmed as I recall. The point is Tlw is in recovery mode and it admittedly is taking longer than I expected. When you say there's no confidence in Tlw, you're right. The SP went from a banana's £16 down to 7p in short order. Tlw still has to prove itself for a limited number of investors to take a chance on them and I believe they will. Dividends in this scenario is not on the cards anytime soon. Debt reducing from 4.8 billion to 1.9billion is progress.

It wouldn't be meaningless if Tlw was being shorted. Where a sector is out of favour you see a gradual decline , not a sell off. Put any company's chart that is in this sector on top of Tlw and you will see the correlation. In the scenario of no new developments the SP drifts down.

Tell you what , I'll explain it. The small to mid cap oil sector is out of fashion for sometime now. Like all cycles it will come to and end and swing the other way. That doesn't suit your agenda as you want to show it as company specific. I don't believe it is.

Then explain the relative equal distribution of buys and sells and don't say "you can't rely on those indicators" because the error rate is the same for both buys and sells.
