& as Barrick are Canadian afterall we should take JT's lead, "we will only sign the deal if it is good for Acacia"
otherwise we will dispute the contracts and side agreements (as if they are not worth anything why have we signed them in the first place). The papers and licences we have are worth something and all the parties such as the GOT and Barrick knew at the time what they were signing and where happy to do so, all are legally enforceable in an International Arbitration court. I actually agree with you Hasiba that on the showing from Barrick I do not actually want their shares either, I also do not agree with you Redbeast (you are not MB in disguise are you), as I have already taken a severe drop in price here and Barrick are only interested in their own feathered nest going forward, and as Barrick shares have risen they are likely to fall, I never buy shares if I can help it after a rise, and as we have done no wrong as shareholders we also have other options and those are even more extensive that what both Barrick and Acacia have referred to as a shareholder. (Acacia have avoided action against them by staying loyal to us the minority shareholders) but some of whom on this board (not me) -have previously severely criticized Acacia BOD in the past for a lack of information when it now appears it was Barrick not forwarding what has been discussed for agreement. I hope we can avoid any shareholder action if they can both do the right thing as the long term the value of Acacia's interests has gone up and Barrick's share price is likely to fall.
