Hence my comment the other day about share buy-back when the revenue starts coming in heavy. Get this back to under 1bn in issue.

That's my thinking AHS. Looking at their past record we often get an acquisition announcement pretty quickly after a raise

Felt something was afoot yesterday.

This raises a lot of questions about their income but also why we've been range bound for so long.

But it's pretty obvious that they now have revenue so prefer not to have dilution thanks.

Obviously it depends on what they buy but based on their recent purchases they might not have to raise.

Let's not forget, apart from a good cash balance, and revenue this company also has quite a few shares I Treasury.

I wouldn't be surprised if they have been letting a few go in preparation for the next acquisition. Hoping that it's maybe a company with an existing license somewhere profitable.

Not many. This stock is on a lot of radars now due to the low cost/high revenue potential. Practically the dream ticket for any business.

Miners, Drillers, Pharma , all have horrific start-up and ops costs. No so here.

It can take a few days for both the retail and professional markets to wake up to a company with good news (and on the cusp of strong news flow). Let the traders do their thing but once the market wakes up then there isn't going to be a lot holding this back.

Talk of a raise is moot on account of the fact that the company was already carrying a decent cash balance and we know they are making strong revenue from multiple sources.

I'd expect to see some TR-1s in the coming days

Crypto Exchanges are all about security, the more security, the more customers. Hence the whole set up at GST is connected, hence the comment about integration.

There are so many dodgy exchanges out there. If you can show that your exchanges are securez you'll get the business.

And they haven't even started any PR or advertising yet.

Less shares in circulation, higher value of outstanding shares.

If they use their revenue to buy back the shares they have issued in raises to get this going then it's basically a free ride.

I wonder, once the significant cash flow starts, that the BoD would consider a SBB to reduce the Outstanding Shares to back under 1bn (from 1.8bn currently)?

Not only increasing value but also making it a much easier takeover target (buyers hate stocks with too many shares in circulation)

Just a thought.

The comparison with ARB has nothing to do with it's status as a miner. It's to do with the price action. Going from around the same point, ARB's rise is still one of the biggest and quickest rises on AIM and MM there has ever been (other than probably NCYT ).

That's why I and others make the comparison and it's completely unconnected to crypto in that sense. ARB had terrible overheads and borrowings and blew it. GST on the other hand has a very low cost base, high profit potential.

Just remember, whatever throughput and speculation around profits (with super low operational costs) we are seeing now

This could easily go the way ARB did (they had hideous costs and silly ambitions) and what it will likely get snapped up for by a major.
