Tim has done nothing to promote the trial within the Lupus community. They could have whipped up a lot of excitement surrounding the trial and the company but have let it fizzle out.

I just feel they had their chance back then and fumbled it..The old French centric board lost interested and Tim has found new toys to play with. IMM has almost become a funnel for McCarthy to raise fund to backdoor Incanthera.

It's a shame , had they struck whilst the iron was hot , this could have been a rare UK micro-cap success.

I hope for everyone here that the next announcement is not terminal. I really do but it feels like the company is climbing on a burning rope now and silence and delay rarely produces a pleasant surprise in this game. Hope for all your sakes , it works out.

It's not beyond the wit of many to conclude that certain parties could be getting cold feet about the time and cost involved in a trial for a small UK Company with a seemingly disinterested leader.

They've held the license for way longer than 2 years and sorry but Namibia has been a 'thing' a lot longer than 2 years.

Personally think they've switched focus somewhat after sitting on the Namibia license too long. The voracity of this 'early stages' enquiry could be debated but if there was anything there then the majors would have kicked the data room door in long before now.

When a company turns over it's entire share population in 2 days, then yes, it's been used for forward selling without a doubt.

It's so easy to spot, just watch for the signs

Top tips:

1) Whenever a brassic AIM/MM company suddenly releases a 'Transformational' RNS that's a little light on facts and volume spikes, then you know a raise is coming

2) Whenever they start paying 'people' in shares, in large percentages of the outstanding share population , then you know those shares are next to worthless

3) When a company suddenly switches focus from the play they have been selling you as the 'big potential' for years to something on the other side of the world (middle of the sea to the middle of the desert) then you should know you are being played.

It must be a dirt patch. There are some huge players in that license area and I don't believe for a minute GBP were the highest bidder (lol).

Earl - I won't get into details here but that RNS yesterday was smoke and mirrors. The RomGov have to grant them the license otherwise they can walk away from all the workers and tax if they didn't have the license to hold them against.
