What is more concerning, as someone pointed out on X, is that the initial Romanian BA RNS never mentioned the creditors , just protection from the workers. Now it seems they are trying to poke the creditors in the eye . So hardly surprising they Are not anywhere near a finance deal.

Clearly , looking at the SP response, those with an IQ above 70 have seen through the ruse

Not sure why folks are getting excited. The RNS just states that their administration council made a defence and comment. That's it.

They are hardly going to throw the towel in a state its a shambles.

Looks like the state council comment will be months away yet. Also worth nothing that the creditors are not going to be happy about this defence move and it might promote them to seek other more decisive avenues.

If I were AP, sat there in my cheap gaming chair, I would consider delisting this stock. The creditors don't care where he gets the money from as it's clear they want out due to the risk and general poor performance and the numbers released are hardly going to get the pulse of any potential 'Swiss' investor going enough to want them to take the plunge.

If this 'Historic Package' exists then I'm not sure AP will want to share the spoils with investors. The package may not even cover the cost of a portion of the debts, who knows but its a story mcguffin that AP has been using to carrot dangle for years now but sooner or later the creditors will run out of patience and chuck in a winding up order to asset strip the entire company.

AP and any future investor will not want the hassle of a listing. Mug investors have paid for this ride so far but as with so many companies before it, they will wind this up and reap the any benefits under a new company that will strangely have a few familiar faces on the board , ala BIDS.

Hi perennial troll here who is actually invested and has been for more than most here.

25 trades today, the day after a Corporate Update. This kind of proves my point. The chattering masses claim to know it all but clearly the market has spoken. It's not interested in a company that can't produce numbers or meaningful updates. 10 years ago , the market used to lap up a jam tomorrow RNS but not anymore it seems.

The need not just stellar numbers but good PR. It's a fact of investing life and if you think a stock will re-rate on 'feels' then maybe this game is not for you. The market wants hard numbers so it ca. Value the stock. End of.

That's kind of peanuts.

The exchange is not even in the top 250.

They need to start spending money on marketi g and advertising.

In order for this stock to hit 5 or 10p they need to be looking at £30-50m revenue at least

Until this company releases actual revenue and cost numbers then it will remain in this tradeable limbo.

Currently the company has nearly 2bn shares in circulation (with more likely to be added shortly) but next to no transparency that will allow the market to determine the actual MCap , which at the moment is too high.

Remaining poker faced and aloof may work for the BoDs of FTSE 100 companies or in Asia but it's doesn't work in the UK junior markets. This stance normally creates one of two outcomes; investors either adopt the attitude of 'put up or shutup' and without news lose interest OR start to create over optimistic expectations that when the numbers are finally released solicit a 'meh' from the wider market.

In short, GST need to either start to drop feed the market numbers to work with or deliver mind blowing numbers leaning towards the £15-20m a year type revenues to support the MCap.

It also needs to avoid announcing acquisitions and regulatory efforts and seemingly forgetting to update or dropping any further mention as this just creates the impression of opacity and obsfucation, which is not a good look.

For no reason whatsoever and under no regulator deadline either, Super Mouse Inc is providing a vague update because we are nice and it's nothing to do with informing potential placees with a reason to buy into a raise.

Subsidiary, AngryFX has been doing business, although we can't devulge how much business but we'll mention anonymous HNW individuals who managemed to look at our website after zero marketing.
