In short, if you don't renew your LEI you will not be able to participate in any Financial Markets or commercial activities until it is renewed .

This LEI lapse excludes them from applying or progressing any MiCA, EMI or any Crypto API application as per Article 62 of esma.

The usual stock-simps are desperately scrambling to stomp down on some very simple and logical questions the BoD are refusing to answer. Reporting opinions they don’t like, in the hope they get removed and other don’t read, merely demonstrates that even they know this stock is in trouble. Anyone who thinks that a prolonged period without news , especially good news, is a positive, haven’t been investing in microcaps very long.

The receptionist at Mermaid House told me that nobody uses that office and there hasn’t been anyone there for a few months.

On Angra, I phoned Mermaid House reception and the lady said the desk they hired is empty and will expire in June.

You are all terrified, you can’t stop yourselves from obsessing, by attacking one poster you think that somehow you will make the share price recover, when in reality, the reason why the share price is in the toilet is because the board of directors have not provided sufficient news to create confidence of energy for the share price. Again, why?

I’ve seen this over and over in the last 30 years. After a long period without news, board often drop a massive negative bomb, especially just before summer.

A crescendo of possible negative announcements could hot you all like tsunamis in June.

When a blitz of trades totally around £2k can lift a stock 40% then you know the stock is about a weak as it could get

Also strong indicator that it’s about to suffer a strong selling run as it’s clear someone want to sell out now on the obvious absence of news and the strong likelihood of bad news in the near future

Not sure how you can read the upshot of yesterday’s discourse as positive. They company is about to be burdened with not only considerable more wasted cost but is highly unlikely to get the amount they seek (not anywhere near).

Finally read through it all late last night and there is little positive to take away.

As I’ve said before, if there was any positive news on the horizon then certain groups close to the company would be buying in. But the sells continue.
