The defendants are not going to be in any rush to come to an agreement whereas GST will be burning money here and have commercial operation to maintain. This is going to take a while as the burden of proof is very much with GST and expensive slow lawyers.

Well their lack of effort in trying to support the SP in anyway, the lack of director buying etc etc

It’s easy to put out a peppy interview or some strategic fluff to give investors something to hang onto. Really an afternoon’s work. But they haven’t . Nothing.

Everything they have tried to do , apart from some process refinement at their small FX unit, has been a failure or turned bad.

They haven’t got ‘multiple streams of revenue’ , that’s a pipedream.

The amount of times I've come across people like you who , without any real argument or opinion, have only childish insults to fall back on.

This is always the first indicator that someone is ashamed of their holding and the company they have chosen to foolishly lose money in.

As I keep saying, this company has all the hallmarks of a BoD that are giving up. Yeah, they might open an office in Brasilia or somewhere but at the end of the day you just know that the conditions that had them fail in the other domains will ultimately make them fail in South America.

Perhaps even they realise now that perhaps they, like BTC Treasury, we not only a little late to the Crypto-Party but perhaps a little out of their depth, compounded with some poor advice from expensive lawyers and advisors.

I don't expect any of them to be working 24/7 on this anymore and none of them seem to understand the investors need to insight let alone news.

Having been investing for over 30 years, pointing out the obvious to the blind and/or greedy and/or plain optimistically stupid has become somewhat of a hobby.

Becareful about news of any sort as it will usher in a substantial final raise.

Billy - They are generating next to nothing compared to the costs.

They are creating the illusion of revenue for people that cannot value a company. They are going to shutter this and sell off the remaining parts. They are currently just allowing their mates to sell out. Then drop the usual 'Re-Organisation' / ' Cost Control' RNS.

Billy , number of reasons but the fact they have never been open about why their applications have failed is a big tell. Been involved in start-ups and there is something to report almost every week. Good start-ups generally fly or flop within 18 months. These guys look like they are running out of options and new regulations have restricted the market that was fast and easy when they first developed the strategy.

Now they are left with an FX company in the Uk that hasn’t really grown, a bunch of shell companies orphaned from an ever changing strategy and now a big messy expensive court process.

Bai/Goh will either fold the company in a controlled demolition (which is happening now) and/or radically change the purpose of the company. I think their silence is a big hint that they want you to slowly wake up and move on.

Billy, like all UK MicroSlop companies , GST has gone from “will it succeed” speculation to “will it survive” speculation.

You have to ask, after the Lithuanian disappointments, the BTC Treasury shambles, the Semnet embarrassment that Jack and the boys have lost heart with this company.

I would imagine for Jack and Tone that they could be considering their reputations here. No one likes to be associated with a failure, especially within their social circles.

Personally, I can see a sudden change of direction and purpose here.

Lee - Fair point, the more volatility in the major markets the more people will walk away from this type of stock, like they have been doing for the last 5 years.

The micro cap market is a shadow of what it was and for good reason. They need to introduce some reporting standards that don’t leave high risk investors in the dark
