Chaebol - As I’ve been saying. I think they are giving up the whole crypto venture but don’t want to collapse the company just yet as they may have plans for a change of purpose . So they will keep dangling the ‘will they won’t they’ carrot to ensure this doesn’t go to zero.

I think Bai and Goh are suited to more traditional physical industries . One things you’ll see soon is Shayne Tan quietly moving on to ‘new pastures’ , so look out for any news on that.

Then they will sell or repurpose Angra. Possibly a lot sooner than most people think. It’s not really making a profit and is based in the UK, which is punitive and expensive .

They could have sweetened today’s RNS with an explainer or some other new news , but they didn’t which means the have nothing and because they want people to sell out. Only the traders stopped this from closing under 0.2 today

If they were confident of this company then you should see a steady flow of director buys (and not a few quid either)

There is no close period at the moment.

So you will know if their confidence and sentiment level of you don’t see any in the next few days

Ray - I think the were given the opportunity to close rather than be shut down. The MiCA carrot is just a distraction.

You’ll find they were in breach of something or other and rather than face the embarrassment of having the regulators step in they’ve painted this like some canny strategic move. It’s probably the only reason(they didn’t provide one on the RNS)

If their volumes (and revenues) were good they’d be singing from the roof tops but they aren’t and it explains why they have been quiet apart from the bad news.

Today’s RNS tries to create some hope and expectation but had they stated they were pulling out of Europe then the would have had been forced to re-write and submit a new prospectus . Which they are not willing to spend money on.

Why suspend asset trading if you don’t have to?

You’ve either been told to do it or you know there’s no point burning money and carrying on with the charade. Or a bit of both.

My guess is some kind regulatory has given them to chance to back out gracefully.

They’ve probably been sat on this a bit awaiting something positive to put in the RNS but it hasn’t arrived.

They didn’t even flower the RNS up at all. Clear red flag

If they had good news coming or even the potential of good news they would have put it in the RNS to soften the blow.

But there isn’t any.

No doubt they will play the whole restructuring card to squeeze a few more months out of this. But it’s over.

Many sat in their seats as the flood lights are being turned off and the stall sweepers are asking you to lift your feet. State at the pitch all you want but your team lost. Get over it , move on

This is one of those hints. GST ain’t happening in the UK / EU or US and unlikely to spend money getting South America now. Especially with the court case to fund

Billy - If that was the best and most upbeat RNS they could out out today then you can guarantee , by micro-cap standards, it’s a lot worse behind the scenes.

There was no sweetener in there. That was a warning shot for investors ahead of delisting
