There is clearly something multiple regulatory bodies don't like about GST.
In a period where countries are striving towards creating Crypto legitimacy, they must be seeing something in GST set-up they don't like. Maybe it's the fact their registered HQ is in one continent and operations in another and the BoD are not very transparent about where they are. Lord Welly's appoint was obviously a blatant attempt to create some UK legitimacy before/during the FCA application. Likewise, last minute set-up in Lithuania to appease their domain requirements. But the Regulators saw right through it. But is there more, we are not being told.
If GST / Bai really wanted this they would move their registered office from Perth, Australia. They would promote a connected and respected European to the BoD (not NED), they would make themselves considerably more transparent. But they don't seem willing. I wonder why?
