1) case seems to have disappeared from court record

2) the company have not informed the market of any decision either way

3) Last minute changes denote plaintiff uncertainty

Last minute changes like that are not favoured by the judiciary as it denotes a degree of poor organisation and case review. I wouldn’t be surprised if the judge may have kicked it out and told them to give it another go. But not a good look either way

Firstly, the type of action was changed a couple of weeks back before the primary hearing and then the case appears to have fallen off the face of the planet and SGN Court website

Would indicate that they have scrubbed it and asked the plaintiff to resubmit the case. Something along those lines, doesn’t mean it’s lost perse

It maybe not lost but just thrown out or have been asked to resubmit. The framing of the case changed before the initial hearing

Indicates that perhaps GST couldn’t front the funds that the judge was asking they put forward as bond if they lost the case . Clearly they are in no position to raise as previously thought and are out of options and have maybe stood down from their bullish position. Either they have been kicked out or they are back to arbitration , eitherway they likelihood of a pay off or a functioning company in Semnet is practically zero

Never come across a judiciary portal that has just pulled a listing like that and looks all the world like a compromise.

I gave up on this stock and my holding when they had a flurry of raises and bought trash. Bonfire was the final straw.

The issue and challenge GST have is the compound effect of previous regulatory decision and opinion.

If you have failed to gain a license in not just one domain but an apex domain then a second tier authority is not going to risk granting you a license as it is deemed that the tier 1 regulatory domain, such as London, has far more investigatory and compliance reach and the tier 2 runs the risk of legal blow back should they grant a license to a company who doesn’t behave and has failed license applications in more stringent domains.

In short, 2 strikes an out.

Other than Angra, which is hardly setting investors pulses racing, everything they have spent thus far both acquisitions and regulatory has been a waste of money. The resulting assets being practically worthless now.

$2m placing will be for ‘acquisition’ . 2 weeks later they will buy a shell company in Panama called ‘Mango’ (formally Guava) that will be a strong step towards their license application. They may also purchase a small crypto service called Umbongo (formally Kiora) to underpin the technology.

Exciting times - Until September when after a legal loss the are forced to sell GST for peanuts to Goh Hair and Beauty , a small boutique chain in Malaysia with some exciting prospects.
