This maybe the centre of your universe but I can almost guarantee that our Chinese and Singaporean buddies are running this along with many other revenue streams. It's almost impossible to conceive that a 'Start Up' company has so little to update its investors with.

A company that starts out with poor Comms rarely improves. People bemoaned ARB, they were sensational at Comms and the share price rise reflected that (OK they screwed it with overextended borrowing) but GST are going to get nowhere fast, if they only update the market every 4-5 months and then fail to mention or update on previous announcements.

The wait has already been long an agonising but they simply don't care about UK Investors and why should they, they are only listed in order to raise funds and not to make you rich. People seem to forget that simple fact about micro caps.

This stock is beginning to remind me of ALGW.

A stock that promised alot had many irons in the fire but didn't deliver any of them, most seemingly forgotten from one RNS to the next. Revenues were always 'as expected' but no one could work out what the BoD expected. After a while, and some years with the SP going nowhere, they changed focus, away from the strategy advertised in the prospectus and the strategy everyone invested in.

Like GST, they only seemed to RNS thing very rarely and in retrospect, with a few scant facts that made it almost impossible to stitch the investment case together.

Like GST, ALGW had practically zero marketing or market presence.

Throughout all of this period and even after 7-8 years they were referring to themselves as a start-up.

Investors, many of whom were trapped at a much higher SP would always hail the 'next RNS' as the 'big one' that would set the stock alight. It has never come. This is why I asked for a list with the usual DYOR, seems people don't even know and are just investing on 'feels'

GST reminds me so much of ALGW.

Oh, BTW, it's a requirement of the market that they have a UK executive in the board, so I wouldn't read anything into Lord Welly's appointment.

So noone has a clue of what has been announced or able to.convey it?

If there was anything to save then this mysterious Swiss investor would surely be better off letting them default and then picking it up for a snippet , rather than take on all the debt and expense of restructuring

The owe £2m in back employment taxes. If you know people who speak Romanian then you'll be able to see the court documents. You clearly haven't.

These guys are toast. The company is likely to be wound-up with any good parts being taken by the creditors. The closest thing Swiss AP has got close to is a Toblerone. As I said , Smoke & Mirrors.

No company has even gone into insolvency to seek protection from employees. It's called insolvency however you dress it up.

The trade was from 11.19 this morning.

If you check out the price of the trades around that time denoting the bid/Ask then it would indicate it was a worked sell.

No update on why the company is still in insolvency in Romania. We have to believe the company it is due to protect them from toxic unions in the labour market or private legal action from disgruntled ex-exployees.

Or is it because the RomGov have acted because the company owes them £2m in back taxes. Either way , any profits are being shaved by the creditors at the moment and any 'mystery finance' saviour is hardly biting their hand off are they.

You have to ask why the company went to a PR company like TMS and not proactive or any other more credible outlet. Why? Because anything stated in this format is not legally accountable.

Also, what is the motivation and the timing of the 'interview'.

It's because yesterday's RNS didn't have the desired effect of ramping the price enough for forward sellers to clear their placing shares. That's why.

The 'Swiss Deal' can only be 'off' if it was ever on in the first place. AP omitted the £2m in tax the company owes the Romanian government, could be the reason they are still being controlled by the insolvency courts etc

Read between the lines and question the timing. Then be prepared to take a bath in a heavily discounted placing

How VAST works

1) Go quiet for 6-7 weeks

2) New accounts suddenly start posting enthusiastically about the stock

3) SP rises 20%

4) Company releases 'nothing burger' RNS with no mention of previously mentioned initiatives

5) Company starts tweeting hourly about the price of whatever commodity they are currently into

6) After 3-4 days company raises at 20-30% discount , just enough money for exec wages and portacabin heating

People forget so quickly

RNS really needed to create some timeline and expectations . Appreciate it was just a half year report but Tim couldn't sell water to a dying man in a desert and this RNS was as dry.

They really need (and always have) to do much much better at marketing and market management. Hardly surprising this ended down today really.
