Yet again the company, for whom I am invested, have provided an RNS that could have put a rocket up the SP but instead have chosen to release a half baked swiss cheese that asks more questions that it answers .

They need to fire Metcalfe and any working in PR . Tone Loc also needs to begin to understand that investors need more than just a paragraph or two in order to make descerning investment decision.

Why do these RNSs always need to instigate a shed load of background investigation and online arguments to tease out the simple facts that could have been answered easily and professionally.

It's takes about 3 days and €200 to register a company in Spain.

What licenses does this company hold or how far down the SPI application are they to make them an attractive aquisition? Simple questions that should have been answered in the RNS.

But the fact that this company has only been going since March 2023 begs the question, why didn't they just pay to form a company in the EU/Spain and apply for the SPI that way. They haven't explained why this company has that makes them worth aquiring.

Muldoon - I've kind of backed up my own point. They provided no real information on the RNS to allow the market to identify what company in Spain the have bought and for how much for.

A quick search brings up that payment platform (kind of eBay platform) or. Campsite management software company.

cusp means is not there yet. Profitably is not revenue.

This company is dripping in unmaintainable debt. Even the meagre profit it does produce is skimmed by the creditors just to pay some of the interest on said debt.

That story to a website in Romania was written in Romanian. If it was aimed at UK investors on the UK market it would have been written in English and 'leaked' on Social Media on the day, if there was any mal-intent. It wasn't, therefore it's probably been leaked to the news site by a government official.

VAST are hardly running out and denying it are they. Although I mentioned Romanian Revenue Services before it may even be the Creditors who have forced them to into liquidation so they can exchange it for their considerable debt

That ramp last week off some pretty 'meh' results indicates that someone wanted to get out before the bad news drops.

As the company owes a few million in unpaid Romanian employment taxes, it's not a stretch to suggest that someone has tipped this Romanian based media outlet off.

Revenue departments don't care about your investment or creditors (as they are always first in the line) so not beyond the wit of man to consider the possibility that the Romanian Govt have demanded BP is wound up and sold.

Plenty of cash (and strong Treasury stock)

Strong Revenue

Pre-PR Revenue

Potentially strong news flow over next 60 days

Low operational overhead.

Needs to work on PR but thanks instantly solvable with money.
