I thought it might be easier to start a new thread on this point re CostaMooney's post earlier today. I certainly do not have any answers but would be interested in finding out more even if it really doesn't matter too much.
My question relates to the 'consideration shares' issued on re-admission. The total is stated to be 428,846,154 (p31 of the Prospectus). This is made up of shares to Mayflower (325,000,000 see page 36) and shares to Goldplat (the remainder 103,000,000).
The Goldplat shares, around 7%, are locked in. With Mayflower only 53,333,333 (if you believe page 6) or 55,300,000 (if you believe 134) are expressed to be locked in. So from this category what is the status of the other 271,500,000 ish consideration shares (almost 19% of the total)?
Can anyone explain this ?
