My take would be that they don’t need to raise funds to operate (as exploration companies do) but they will need to raise to fund large expansion projects like doubling the Kenyan mine processing capacity or for a new Tanzanian operation. This means any raise should have a directly positive impact on company value and so any dilution will be offset.
There is very limited risk of repeated raises being frittered away with nothing to show for it as many junior resource companies seem to manage.
N.b. The boss has a large, and increasing, shareholding and so is totally aligned on shareholder value and is not just chasing vanity mcap dreams using our money or happy to just sit back and draw a fat salary.
