They had a problem with the listing due to accounts. Might it be related to this listing requirement:-
'Working Capital and Solvency Issuer shall not be insolvent, they must have adequate working capital.
The Directors of the Issuer shall give an opinion on the adequacy of working capital for at least twelve months immediately following the share offering, and the auditors of the issuer shall confirm in writing the adequacy of that capital.'
In our last accounts (for the period pre-raise):-
'... the Group will need to raise funding to provide additional working capital within the next 12 months. The ability of the Group to meet its projected expenditure is dependent on these further equity injections and / or the raising of cash through bank loans or other debt instruments.'
So they raised the cash and can now happily say that they have sufficient funds to keep going for 12 months which will allow them to meet the listing requirements. If so, it might explain the lack of clarity on the listing delay as they didn't want to tell everyone they needed to raise funds.
