Company put out a tweet this morning about a mine being shut down for breaches of environmental rules without making any comment about how it would not affect Caracal. Seems a bit odd to me. It may well be obvious but I think it would be sensible to make it crystal clear.

Well I'm not worried:-

It certainly can't help and I fear that you have overstated the current JORC resource which is only 13,000 oz in the measured category for Kili Hill (and that statement goes back to 2011ish). It was reviewed at purchase but I think that review was by the same person who made the original statement so hardly truly independent.

From recent sampling and drill results it seems clear that the modest 'measured' JORC levels simply reflects a lack of evidence/sampling rather than a lack of gold though.

Anyone we would know ?

Certainly a little choppy out there. Three possibilities:-

1. The sellers know something we don’t.
2. They are desperate for cash.
3. They are making a poor decision they will very soon regret.

Everything I have seen makes me think 3 is the most likely.

Trading at almost bang on 60% of the parent price now; seems about right.

It seems fairly simple that soon enough the potential here will be so clear it will not be possible to ignore it and people will buy the shares. This, combined with the early holders who are selling running out of shares, will move the price up.

Given the current general market I can fully understand people being a bit hesitant right now but every update reduces risk whilst the reward remains consistently high.

A few more decent updates (listing, assays, updated resource, gold price) and I am sure things will pick up significantly.

I think in relation to another company the same interviewer asked about activity in the Kama sutra rather than the Kalahari so Robbie got off lightly.

They also carried forward a decent amount of part processed gold from the last quarter.

Not sure why we have not been given so many numbers this time. No costs and no details of part processed gold etc which we were given last time. Seems the new management team want to play things a bit tighter. Lets hope it pays off.

Foundations were in and this quarter they have been sorting the boring bits like utilities and drainage. Probably reached dpc level now I’d say. In the next few quarters a magnificent mansion can now rise from the ground.
