Yes, and companies have been known to alter their terms /exchange them for new warrants etc.

Good news for gold explorers whose potential future earnings and asset values are increasing but absolutely fantastic news for gold producers who can reap the rewards now.

I wonder if they have already sold the 1,000oz of gold which was produced last quarter but not sold in the period or if there is some extra profit to gain there.

It’s an interesting point though. If someone called him and offered him a gold asset in East Africa at a great price how sure can we be that he would offer it to Caracal rather than get involved as Mayflower - will he have agree some restrictions on other activities do you think to prevent direct competition ? He must have.

Good work identifying Mapangu was a resolute subsidiary, that will allow me to sleep more easily. I think itsyou is right though and whilst that mining map was obviously set up with great intentions it is not being kept up to date sufficiently to be relied upon. It seems that Kenya has something similar but only being used for oil licences at present.

Itsyou - we know the bulk placing was linked to the new broker but do you know who paid the higher sum (and why) and do you have any explanation for the RNS shenanigans ?

I suppose most things are cheaper if you bulk buy direct from a supplier and perhaps rightly so.

It must be nice to start an investment 10%+ up; with the spread I tend to start about that amount down.

If you look at this interactive map at the Nyakafuru purchase area it doesn’t seem to fully agree with the information in the recent presentation (page 24 Q1 2022). But anyway the key area (PL5374/2008) is still showing as owned by the ‘mining commission 100%, mabangu mining limited 0%’. This must be out of date as no pending application is referred to so no help here.

I like the fact the troll uses both male and female names; I am left wondering if they dress according to which user name they are on.
