Very good question trufflehound. I suspect changes in legislation may force the hand of the more reluctant. This may take the form of statutory compliance and may even have the backing of insurers. This will take time to come on stream and grants may be made available to enable organisations to purchase the necessary monitoring equipment. All speculation of course but I suspect there will be a huge demand for what #SKIN and #MWG have.

There will be cheaper options Cammy, some of which may be readily available. From experience in Facilities/Contract Management, the cheapest is nearly always far from being the best, and costs you more in the long run. I have mentioned this before but I don't thing Governments/Businesses/Institutions even know what they want/need yet. It is almost as if we need to write a specification and present it to them with our ready made solution. I am sure that, in time, legislation will change to make monitoring and reporting mandatory, certainly more stringent than the current codes of practice. With MWG there is an absolutely huge untapped (excuse the pun) market out there, and it will be around for quite a long time. GB has his finger firmly on the pulse and has an appetite to commercialise our technology - but it has to be right. Massive, massive potential here but the more sceptical will say that that has always been the case and we have failed to capitalise. That was then...this is now!

I have a portfolio of five companies (all aim listed), of which MWG and SKIN are two. I was warned off some of them, but as is often quoted, I did my own research. I am expecting good returns from all five. My weakness, well, it is getting too attached to a particular company, to the point that it feels like a betrayal if/when you sell to realise some profit. SKIN and MWG have a lot of legs in them and are very much on the up, both of which I would be very reluctant to sell.

As a shareholder I want MWG and SKIN to be out there winning big contracts. What I see is an effective collaborative approach, that has not compromised quality or performance for a quick commercial opportunity. I strongly believe that this has been done properly and the rewards will come. I think we have not only quality, top end science, but a willingness and ability to commercialise it - but done the right way in the right order.

... and so it begins. A lot of work has gone in to getting the company to this stage, I hope they are rewarded with lucrative contracts. Good luck #MWG and #SKIN.

Thank you for posting SloppyGuiseppe. It does seem that countries are starting to wise up about this problem (having identified that they have a problem). Integumen and Modern Water will have massive opportunities available to them to assist.

Morning Chester. Had the price dropped I would have been happy to pick up some more, but I will now hold what I have. I agree that some will sell in to the rise but I intend to stick around! I just hope some of the LTH get some benefit. Some great posters on here who were generous with their time and knowledge and I would like to think they are feeling a bit more upbeat after the placing shock to the system.

Encouraging signs!

Following a similar trading pattern to XSG after their discounted placement. With XSG I feared a massive sell-off when the shares hit the market but they moved up in to a higher trading range. Not wishing to tempt fate but maybe, just maybe...!!!

The Proactive interview, and again Gerry makes reference to the collaborative working, using specialisms to bring the projects together. It appears that things are moving at the correct speed and the projects are not being compromised for a quick fix. Something I picked up on in the Annual Report, was that more than one member of staff were assigned to dealing with each client. As a former Operations Manager, I like to see that so that you are not overly reliant on one person. We referred to such situations as SPOF's, Specific Points Of Failure. Just a small thing within an excellent read.

Time will tell Bronxville. I for one am quite happy for the company to not necessarily embellish but accentuate the positives, and there are many, but all the while address issues that need addressing. Managing change and shareholder expectation must be incredibly difficult as we all see different things in reports/accounts and we tend to hang our hats on the bits we like and perpetuate that. A contrary opinion, like yours, I find very healthy and I am sure we both have some common ground. I strongly believe that this share is very much on the up and is being managed and led extremely well.

Bit unfair in my view Bronxville. GJB takes time to communicate/inform/clarify with shareholders - a very rare and valuable commodity, I suspect most holders value his contribution. Regarding targeting other sources, do you really think this is not happening???

Still digesting the contents of the two RNS's but the key word is 'transformational' - used several times in the report. For me, an excellent report and good use of contacts for the loan facility. A company very much on the up.
