... So now I'm confused... The monies held in escrow; does that now go to Tullow and Uganda lose their arbitration? Or potentially can we lose both and then we lose $626m

F.times says that it's on speculation. I think it's to do with the Tullow case. Search Heritage Oil in Google and there is a verbatim report on the case.

In MOIL? I have been watching it for weeks without the funds to buy in and its gone from 19p-26p with no news!! Grrr... similar story with PFP; damned annoying it is. But if someone is in MOIL and knows of a reason why it has jumped could you give me the low down? I would ask in their board but the last post was on Tuesday. I dont think many people are in.

Hey mate, am I right in saying its a max of 7 days for SOOL? so they should be closing down either later today or friday. Heritage are being extremely tight lipped, I tried to email Tanya yesterday and asked if they knew what day the tribunal was meant to close but there was nothing from them. Just that every aspect of the case was confidential. A little odd really, as stake holders surely we should be privvy to some information. There wasnt even an RNS about the tribunal taking place! :D

Ok so in Nov time HOIL struggled to stay above the 205p mark. can someone please tell me via L2 that this isn't the case today. Also is anyone else sorta feeling we let Miran go a little too cheaply, or do we think Tony Bucks has been talking to someone in Baghdad?
